Hotel Bonaventure Montreal

Overally I satisfied with stay but I there were 2 spiders and 2 bugs in the room

Stayed for 3 nights. Great hotel and facilities. Pool and hot tub were fun to use. Gym is excellent and large. All staff were helpful and friendly. We used the concierge service to bring luggage up to room. The only complaint is the difficulty in pulling up to hotel. There is cars everywhere which makes it difficult and stressful checking in and unloading and loading vehicle.

I highly recommend this hotel, everything is easily accessible the customer service is excellent, I definitely will be back.

This was an incredible stay. I have stayed in many hotels for cheer competitions this by far exceeded my expectations. Rooms are amazing. Service is amazing. Location is great. The only thing I wished they would change are the pool hours. Since this is a major selling point for this hotel 10:30pm closure on a weekend and 10pm on weeknights seems a bit early. As well no room service or bar service after 11pm. Other than that no complaints at all. I will be returning!!!

Great experience. Front desk was great help. Attended the HABS game and was lovely to not have to go outside in the cold. We simply used the underground tunnels. And the rooftop pool in the dead of winter is unreal.

Second time there and will definitely not be my last

The pool is awesome, what an experience going in the pool in 15 degree weather! The people who work there are amazing and so friendly. We will definitely be back.

Had a great time. Short walk to the Bell Center. We forgot our cell phone charges, staff charged them up for us. Rooms were not that comfy but the outdoor pool was great. Service was the best part as everyone from behind the desk to the door man were excellent

I love this hotel! Great location, beds are very comfy, staff was friendly and the pool was what we really loved! Nothing like being in a heated pool with snow outside !

A bit dated otherwise lovely, too many people in the heated pool so we never got to try it but looked wonderful. Beds needed to be replaced very lumpy. Good value.

When we stayed here a couple years ago, we were over the moon impressed, with everything from the amazing room, pool, food, and the staff. So when we booked our trip this year.. we couldn’t wait to come back, we also booked a room for my sister and brother Inlaw.. Sadly when we got there, nothing was like it was before.. we didn’t get the room we paid for. When we asked the front desk, he explained they had over sold the superior rooms. We both got rooms on the 3rd floor.. no elevator. An hour after being in our room the main light blew and they had to send a repair technician. Honestly I don’t think we’ll book here again. Which bums us out so much. It’s such a convenient hotel, and so close to everything. The pool was amazing, the bar was great. We just would have liked to have our room we paid for, and the fact that no one tried to fix that.. left a bad taste for us.

This was our second stay at this hotel. I actually had a pretty bad experience at check in as the man at reception that night greeted me with the information I had received a no show charge for the previous night which I had not booked. It was only due to my having a confirmation of my booking that he let this go after checking with his manager and then blaming on Expedia. He did not apologize or even address it until I asked him point blankly if this had been refunded to my account. I was quite shaken by the error on his behalf and I doubt I will stay there again in the future which is too bad as it is my annual trip for my birthday. He also did not bother to acknowledge this when I mentioned it. Bad experience
