다운타운근처여서 위치가 좋고 무료아침식사를 방으로 가져다 줘서 정말 좋았습니다.

good property for the price, staff were excellent, area a bit dodgy, great dining options within a block, i would stay again,

Not very clean. Dirty walls, floors, shower curtain very dirty. Silicon very dirty in the bathtub. Bed comfy but hair of someone else around 😢

Heart of downtown.

The hotel is in disrepair the shower the ac does not work the towels were dirty, it is loud and you can hear everything going on in all the rooms around you abd in the hallways the staff was nice at least. However i will not be staying here again. Only stay here if youre looking to go out and party in the surrounding area but not if you're just visiting go somewhere else

It's close to shops and restaurants. The only downside is that it's not quiet, you can hear your neighbours and people in the hallway. I would stay there again but would bring earplugs.

ITS VERY NOISY. REALLY DONT RECOMMEND. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS.

Very reasonable price and convenient location. But there was a smell of smoking in the washroom (maybe through the vent)

The room is not swept / mopped and extremely unclean . The bedsheet is unclean . Utensils are not clean . However , $150 deposit was taken for housekeeping . Highly unsatisfactory . Placing this on record because I suspect this room was not cleaned after the previous guest .

The hotal was clean and has everything we need. Fride,microwave and tv with netflix and room temperature was perfect.

I don't even know where to begin, this was the worst hotel experience. 1) bed did not have fitted sheet or duvet cover, bed was made flat sheet --> flat sheet --> blanket (which had stains and long black hair all over it) --> flat sheet. Soooo weird. 2) room was not clean upon arrival, there was hair all over the room and bathroom floor, the cupboards full of crumbs. 3) we stayed for 3 days, housekeeping did not come even once. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper. 4) fourth floor rooms not accessible by elevator, had to carry suitcases up 5) room not equpped with hair dryer- nothing like walking around montreal in -25 degree weather with wet hair! 6) towels were the worst quality, super old and scratchy material 7) bathroom was disgusting, the bath was absolutely filthy, mould growing on the caulking, no vanity or anywhere to put cosmetics 8) room keys reset every day after checkout time or something? I had to get the front desk to reprogram my key cards daily. 9) doors are not equipped with deadbolt or chain lock. Especially after someone in the next room slammed their door and our blew right open, this did not inspire confidence By far one of the worst and strangest hotel experiences I have ever had.

It was overall a good stay

Under the beds clearly hadn't been cleaned in months. Large accumulation of dust, some wadded up tissue, and a piece of chewed gum. Staff was amazing though. Everything else was immaculate. Many options available on the TV. And the online price was quite low. Overall....4/5 and will definitely will return.

Renovations wonderful, dirty washroom, reception terrible honesty questionable, front desk on departure lied, rude immature who treated like I was a joke, I’ve stayed there several times before the renovation. Now I have no trust of friendly or honest service. Unlike the past I’ve recommended to others, but now, never, you cannot be treated with any trust, an politeness.
