I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. To start, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The rooms were poorly lit, which made working nearly impossible, and they lacked enough outlets for charging devices. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was painfully slow, further complicating any attempts at productivity.
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing—blinds were stained, and the drawer at the foot of the bed was outright disgusting. The shower head wouldn’t stay in position, constantly flopping down while showering, which was incredibly frustrating. The hotel is located on a very loud corner, adding noise to an already uncomfortable experience.
Moreover, the parking situation was another major downside. Valet parking is the only option, and at $40, it’s not cheap. While I was told my car would be available 24/7, I discovered that valet services only operates from 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM. When I needed my car outside those hours, I was told it was not possible due to insurance reasons. This forced me to wait until valet service opened, which was inconvenient and completely avoidable.
To make matters worse, the phone in the room wasn’t working, so I couldn’t even call to make arrangements in advance. Overall, this hotel is in need of updates. At least the price was reasonable, and that the reason it's not getting 1 star.
