친절한 호텔 리셉션 직원들과 객실 편의시설도 좋았습니다. 호텔 바로 주변에 공항 오고가는 747버스 노선 정류장도 가까웠습니다. 다운 타운 내도 다니기 좋았습니다.

12층에서 2일숙박했는데, 엘레베이터 옆이라그런지 엘레베이터 소리가 시끄러웠습니다. 호텔인데 물이 없어서 불편했습니다. 그러나 깔끔한 내부와 멋진 시티뷰를 볼수있는 큰 유리창덕분에 묵는동안 좋았습니다.

Where to begin…. Cheaply renovated. Flooring stained and damaged. Bed frame sunk in one corner…. Bed was supposed to be queen but was more like a double. Dirty!!! Stained curtains , bedding and dust & dirt like it hadn’t even been swept. The water pressure in the shower wouldn’t rinse the shampoo out of my hair . Only stayed there because of the cheap deal through Expedia. Wouldn’t stay again. The only good thing I can say about it is at least it’s better than a tent. Oh and the location was great for getting around.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. To start, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The rooms were poorly lit, which made working nearly impossible, and they lacked enough outlets for charging devices. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was painfully slow, further complicating any attempts at productivity. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing—blinds were stained, and the drawer at the foot of the bed was outright disgusting. The shower head wouldn’t stay in position, constantly flopping down while showering, which was incredibly frustrating. The hotel is located on a very loud corner, adding noise to an already uncomfortable experience. Moreover, the parking situation was another major downside. Valet parking is the only option, and at $40, it’s not cheap. While I was told my car would be available 24/7, I discovered that valet services only operates from 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM. When I needed my car outside those hours, I was told it was not possible due to insurance reasons. This forced me to wait until valet service opened, which was inconvenient and completely avoidable. To make matters worse, the phone in the room wasn’t working, so I couldn’t even call to make arrangements in advance. Overall, this hotel is in need of updates. At least the price was reasonable, and that the reason it's not getting 1 star.

We found that the valet service was too long. It took 1h to get the car. Some of the lampshades in the room were cracked/broken and it took quite a while for the water to heat up in the shower. Everything else was good.

I stayed at this hotel, and my experience was quite disappointing. To begin with, there was no parking available. The bedsheets were not clean, and the blinds were broken and wouldn’t fold properly. There wasn’t even a single bottle of water provided in the room. When I called the reception for assistance, the staff member struggled to understand my concerns. He assured me that someone would be sent to help, but no one arrived for 2–3 hours. On top of that, they failed to provide the Wi-Fi password at check-in, and I had to call again to request it. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and considering the price, it was not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
