Personnel de l’hôtel très sympathique & attentionné, la chambre était très propre et belle, je recommande!

The room was beautiful and clean. Beds, pillows, and towels were great. They even offer great smelling body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower with a full sized hairdryer. The only reason I gave this a 4 out of 5 is for the location. We were there in December and found the closest place to get a bite to eat was 15 minutes away with limited options. The closest store for true supplies was 30 minutes away and closed at 5:00. Oh, and the hot tub is outdoors. So, you can leave your suit at home if you are staying during the winter months. lol. Recommend you get to breakfast early. Supplies are limited and were not restocked.

Quelle magnifique endroit créé avec soin! La chambre était superbe et propre. Très ravi du service même des petites attentions avant notre arrivé qui nous ont charmé ! Le spa privé était aussi très popre . Un très beau moment, nous allons assurément revenir !

Such personalized service! Before I checked in, they texted to see what temp we would like the room at, what kind of music we liked and if we were celebrating anything special. (We were going for my husband's birthday.) Upon arriving, they had balloons on the bed and a gift for my husband. The room was perfect, with special touches throughout. A continental breakfast was included. We were able to enjoy a hot tub (to ourselves) each night. Staff were wonderful! Just a perfect stay!

Amazing place; besides the spa and a handful of nice restaurants there is not much to do during fall. Still the hotel is great!

A really lovely hotel and cottages in a very cute village and directly on lake shore.

Room are fairly clean and bathroom was good. The problem is no staff in the night but can be reachable through phone call, that was the only little weird for me. Other, than that u get feeling of living in home rather than in motel nicely made beds and amenities. But, will advice disposable cups becz some customer dont want to accidentally break ceramic or glass cups.

Quel merveilleuse decouverte que cet hotel a été! Dès la reservation, le service a la clientele que nous avons recu fut impeccable. Question sur la musique désirée dans la chambre, chambre decorée avec de belles attentions pour notre anniversaire de marriage et un etablissement super jolie et au gout du jour. Nous serons sans aucune doute de retour et recommandons chaudement cet hotel que se soit entre couple ou entre amies.

Nous étions 2 couple dans le chalet 8. C’était parfait! Très bel endroit décoré avec goût et très propre. Ce chalet offre 2 chambres avec leur salle de bain. Vous avez un spa privé pour le chalet et un endroit pour faire un feu commun à proximité. J’ai adoré cet endroit! ‘Le lac se trouve juste l’autre côté de la rue. Pour le souper, nous avons mangé à la cache du lac qui se trouve à 5 minutes à pied ! Très bon restaurant

Everything was top-notch! I had to replan this whole getaway because our first booking was cancelled & it couldn’t have been better! Their customer service is exceptional. They even added a cute little note for our anniversary and petal roses all around the room. Thank you so much! We’ll come back for sure!!! I definitely recommend :))

i asked for a room with a balcony but got a room with a terrace on a parking lot. The suite was not a real suite. The sitting area was just a little corridor with a couch. I pay way to much for what i got.
