Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean. Whenever I encountered a problem, it was solved immediately. The breakfast was okay. Breakfast would be better with hash browns. The staff that run the breakfast make sure everything is running smoothly. If someone spills anything, it was immediately cleaned up. The tables were cleaned after each guest finished eating. The water machine was left on throughout the day to refill your bottles. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available 24/7. I definitely will return to this hotel. The staff are great, the location is great, the rooms are clean. I was impressed. Thank you Humphry Inn for making my first visit to Winnipeg exceptional!

If you set your expectations to ‘okay’ you’ll be satisfied. The hotel is older but has the basics. It offers a comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, in room coffee and a good shower. Breakfast is included with the morning paper. All the staff were lovely. Being centrally located to the major attractions was an added bonus. Easy to get around walking, and using transit and UBER. The downside was a fitness room in disrepair, not an issue for summer travel but would have been a real drag in the winter months.

Didn't like the fact that we were charged $12 + tax for parking - the hotel rate was definitely high enough!! Also wasn't too impressed with breakfast - could have had more options and maybe better quality - just say it was okay! Staff was pleasant and room was clean which is important!

The attitude and ability of the Front Desk staff is lacking any personality or basic knowledge about the city they in which they live. Access and egress for a handicapped individual who wishes to go to the parking area is made difficult by the curb height as there is no ramp. The rooms need to be better maintained as broken sinks and mold in the shower do not make your stay a good one.

This hotel is easily accessible, parking and property are monitored by security, breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

It was in a good location to the Forks and the Human Rights Museum; appreciated the breakfast, and very easy to get to by bus from the airport.

Staff didn’t know much about the area. Rooms little dated.

The hotel is a bit outdated but clean. Plumbing definitely needs some upgrades because even flashing couple pieces of paper takes several flashes. Breakfast is fine but even if the start time says 6am, keep in mind that full selection won’t be there until at least 6:30am. At 6am they just start slowly putting everything out.

Quiet, comfortable large suite although distant noise of train shunting. Short walk to Human Rights museum. All shops in area close at 18:00. On two city bus routes from airport and 4 minutes walk to train station.

Place looked exactly how it was described. Only gripe was the bed being a little too bouncy for me, but that's a personal problem. Staff was helpful.

Nice hotel right downtown! Great location to enjoy the Forks market, the riverwalk and the Canadian Museum of Human Rights.

Rooms were fine and location was okay. It's quite convenient if you're arriving or departing by VIA Rail, as Union Station is just a block or two away. The breakfast is a bit hit and miss but overall pretty good. Cereals, yogurt, canned fruit cocktail and plenty of bread options including English muffins. There are hot choices each morning but only two, which leads to some odd combinations. One morning the hot breakfast options consisted of just hashbrowns and bacon -- no eggs. The next day it was tiny pancakes with sausages. The eggs made an appearance the third day in the form of a nice little omelette with ham slices as the second hot option. On the fourth day there were egg patties and sausage patties but the cold cereals had disappeared from the buffet. So it can be slightly erratic.

Had to pay $12.60 for parking in their lot for 1 night.

Discovered door would not lock when trying to leave for supper but couldn’t call down to front desk as phone didn’t work either. Missed super reservations waiting then had to change rooms. Once got new room went for supper and came back and keys didn’t work. Ran out of milk at continental breakfast and eggs/sausages were cold.
