다운타운 중심가에 있어 아주 편안하게 이용할 수 있었어요. 저녁 10시 이후에 출입문이 닫히기는 하지만 직원이 항상 자리에 있어 문제가 없어요. 시설에 비해 가격이 좀 비싼것이 좀 아쉬워요,....

Good room

Great location and staff!

This is my second time staying here the first one was in 2019. Rooms are small and some of them have no bathroom. It’s down the hall as Sherwin but if you’re looking for low maintenance place to stay, I recommend it. I got a good night sleep staff is super helpful and it’s in prime location.

Staff were excellent and the hotel was well maintained and clean. Good location in downtown and can easily walk to BC Place and Rogers Arena. Older Hotel in great condition.

I would not recommend this hotel. The entire property has a musty smell, similar to an old basement. I also noticed bed bug traps placed under the beds, which was concerning. I booked my room two months in advance at a set price. When the rate dropped closer to my arrival date, I asked if they could adjust my booking to the lower price, but my request was denied and I was charged the original, much higher rate. Additionally, the front desk staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during my stay. While the extra $200 I spent may not matter much to me in the long run, this experience left a lasting impression—and not a positive one. I’ve worked in the hospitality business my whole life and this review could have been avoided with proper hospitality.

The room was cute and clean and well kept! The staff was nice and helpful! The room had a good AC. Parking is a bit confusing but you can get to it.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are small but very suitable for a couple that plans to spend most of their time doing things outside of the room. It’s such a unique and fun place to stay and we love the pub next door !

Historic, unique experience. Sharing bathrooms was a first for me but not an issue. Simple comfortable layout. Felt very safe. Very central, downtown location.

Don’t be put off by not having a bathroom in your room. Everything is spic and span. Can’t get much more central. Insane restaurant serving gourmet breakfasts straight across the street.

I’ve had an incredibly pleasant stay in the Kingston hotel. It has an old Victorian style rooms with actual metallic keys to them. It is very cozy and room is made with a great taste. The hotel is located downtown of Vancouver, a 5-10 minute walk to Gastown. The staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed talking to a nice lady at the front desk, who every day gave me detailed suggestions where to go, and what to see. It was very easy to explore Vancouver due to the staff courtesy. Thank you to all of you from Southern California!

I had a good stay, overall very clean, good bed. My only critic, wall are thin and I could hear somebody speaking though the vent. I would go back for sure, excellent value!

room and washroom were clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Parking was $35 per 24 hours.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location! Walkable distances to places like the Orpheum, Art Gallery, Queen Elizabeth Theatre, Gastown. We even walked to Granville Island ferry, a bit longer but a lovely walk. Clean room, we booked a room with a private bath. We did peek into the shared bathroom, it looked clean. Our room looked out over the back alley, so no view and noisy at times. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stuff and The building was amazing and very nostalgic. Highly recommend if you like old buildings.

Great check-in experience, great location and the room was quiet, comfortable and cozy. The Fable restaurant next door was also a wonderful ambiance, food and service! A great value that’s much nicer than a hostel stay.

The property looks less than modern on the outside but inside everything was perfect. The location is great.
