We started off in room 31. Asked to change because there was a huge gap in the door and the wind was blowing in. He gave us room 33. It was filthy. Hair and toothpaste in the sink, toilet was dirty, the carpets hadn't been vacuumed, and the coffee maker was broken, giving less than half an inch of coffee. When I tried to alert him that there was a big ice patch by the one set of stairs, it took several attempts for him to understand what I was saying. Then he told me to use the other set of stairs by the office. This morning I was taking bags to the car at 8:25 am and he was outside my door saying "you called for bill?" I said ,"no, but I will be ready to check out in a few minutes" he told me to give him the key right then and there INSIDE my room. Also, my granddaughter found a dirty used wash cloth on the floor in the corner of the room by the bed.

Clean, nice sized rooms. Wonderful for the price. Travelled with a dog and no issues. Big field right behind the building.

A lot of construction, stains on the bed covers. Not the safest feeling unfortunately.

Good place to stay with pets, room clean and beds were comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable, no complaints. Check in was fine, person at desk helpful. Friday night very quiet, Saturday night the people above me very noisy until late which is so very annoying. Some people think 'it's all about me' and don't care. However I have stayed here several times when in Lindsay and would do so again. Convenient location.

Office was very dirty. Room was mediocre, Anyway it was a bed to sleep in. No complimentary breakfast. Just for 1 night.

Room was updated, clean, beds were comfy. Staff was friendly. Quiet area.

Looks like renos going on. The outside isn’t much to look at but the room itself was newly updated, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would stay again.

Construction materials in front of rooms. Shower was very worn out

Property was undergoing renovations. Front office very sketchy. Room wasn't completed (no towel rack in bathroom, paint job wasnt finished) Exterior grounds of property were rough (limited signage, drove past it on our first try, parking lot was dangerous) We were en route to attending a wedding and didnt have time to find other accommodation. Expedia needs to make sure these details are evident on their property descriptions.

Very quiet and calm area and rooms were spacious and accommodating especially since i brought my pet along

Room, towel, bed sheet, are very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. I will book again. Its very good for stay

The motel is very clean, bed is comfortable, staff is excellent

The room has been redone and quite comfortable. New bed and floors. Lots of ports to plug computers and things into for power. Lack of hooks to hang towels in the bathroom which had the only mirror in the room. Our big disappointment was the tv. I looks very new but you could not get any current programming. Was all set to watch Friday night football and couldn't get it. Settled on an old tv show and we kept having to wait for streaming which got tiresome. Hopefully, they get cable to go along with what is there,
