Staff friendly upon check in. Clean comfortable room.

Clean room, staff was friendly and helpful and location is near many places being down town

It was good room was warm.

Comfortable room close to everything downtown with friendly and helpful service.

Entire room smelled like cigarettes. Very unclean, dead bugs, spider in bathroom and stains on the walls and sheets. Tv wasn’t working properly. Cigarette burns on bed sheets.

Smelled of BO in the entrance, staff was unhelpful when they didn’t have my room that I receive a confirmation email for a day before check in. Got to the hotel and was told they were all booked up and somehow it was my fault that I shouldn’t have got a room.

Worst hotel i stayed in my life.

The old floor mat smells like 90s perfume.

Management was great. Room was clean, though uneven in terms of modernity. Outside noise was sometimes an issue.

the bathroom had mold and there was no breakfast and for staff i hunt them towels. just because was early ask them add room extra reservations. so canceled my reservations so instead $282 I payed $350.

Everything was good , except there was a dog barking and whimpering most of thecnight nextvdoor that kept me up.

The staff is amazing and rooms clean and actually feel safe

It's not the greatest place but the room was clean and right in the city. Close to eateries.

This is a great motel, especially for the price point.. It was partially renovated and comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind. I would stay here again.

Just needed a night to rest.

Heating/AC very outdated and not functioning well. Door did not close tightly and the latch barely met the door frame so so room security was lacking. The hotel had the vibe that many occupants were long term renters due to lack of affordable housing.

Staff was very nice! Upgraded our room for free:)
