Seems like a great place for an extended stay--roomy apartment with a nice kitchen. Has quite a few rules, especially with regard to noise--seems to want to discourage partying, which will appeal to some and not to others. The lady at the front desk (who I think is half of the couple who own the place?) was very nice. It's a little rickety but for the price I was quite satisfied.

Les lieux sont propres toutefois il y a toujours une odeur de fumée de cigarettes qui flotte dans l’air malgré que ce soit indiqué non-fumeurs. La douche ne fonctionnait pas bien.

This motel worked very well for us! It's a 5 minute drive from the downtown area of Val D'or. Very nice reception, free parking, full kitchen, all was very clean! Just maybe a little bit of a squeaky bed, but comfortable none the less! All in all...a good bang for the buck! I will stay there again!

Belle auberge, parfaite pour ceux qui veulent visiter le coin et avoir accès à une cuisine dans leur chambre. Très propre et accueillant.Petit point un peu négatif, nos fenêtres donnaient directement sur la route qui est assez passante le matin, alors il ne faut pas avoir trop le sommeil léger! Mais, en général, très bon rapport qualité/prix. J'y retournerais sans problème.

room #2 I rarely sleep so well away from home ! Very quiet and spacious apartment. I was worried it would be noisy as it's situated on a busy intersection. However, from the room's location, not a sound. Everything is there. Only a few minutes away from Val d'Or's central district but very well worth it. The price is reasonable. Bathroom has been renovated recently and it is well equipped.

Hotel pratique. Wifi, cuisinette, TV, etc. mais qui pourrait avoir beaucoup plus de charme s'il était aménagé de façon plus actuelle (couleur, meubles,etc.) Le décor fait début des années 80.
