The room was clean enough, but when I arrived I kept hearing an occasional beeping sound, which turned out to be both the washer and the dryer, and they each had loads. The washer held the bath mat, which was not available to us because it was too wet. The check-in was rather complicated but I got through it. I was surprised that an apartment so close to a highway lacked much in the way of sound-proofing. Also, only one elevator was working, which isn't nearly enough for a building on that size. All in all our stay was fine and the location was great, but I probably wouldn't do it again.

This property was in the heart of the area we were hoping to be in but the room itself was very very small, the photos do not do it justice. And there is no balcony just a door that opens to outside. The oven was unusable and started smoking when it opened and set off the fire alarm. Bed not super comfortable either. The location was great, the elevators didn’t take too long and it was relatively clean. The tv worked and had streaming services and there was a washer and dryer in the unit as well.

The location can't be beat. The registration process on arrival was very frustrating, time consuming and stressful, there has to be a way to streamline it or make it easier.
Other than that it was a decent spot, very convenient.

The apartment is as pictured, some rough edges. Check in was frustrating and took at least 30 mins. The building had only one working elevator and hot water was intermittent at best. The location however suited our needs perfectly.

Very nice condo at the 46 floor, fantastic view. Bed is a little Small for a 6'2" like me. The parking and check in is quite a maze...Read very carefully infos.

Location was good for our travel purposes. Clean on arrival. Safe with security at entrance. Parking should be included in the price and not so convoluted in how to access it. Charged extra for parking but had to park at adjacent, more accessible lot on arrival and paid for that too due to not having initial access to the property.
Functional, average sized space with standard amenities/accommodation, slightly overstated given the “lavish suite” advertising moniker.

The apartment is close to Rogers Center so we were able to walk there every day. Not the provider's fault but we had no water for one of the three days we stayed. Complaint is that it wasn't LAVISH! A bed, a table and chairs. Just not what i expected. As a homeowner, i suggest 2 things. Fix the slow leak under the kitchen sink and recaulk the bathtub or the floor below will be in trouble.
