다 좋았으나 욕실 샤워기 헤드가 별로였음

It was the best. Everyone was friendly and kind. We enjoyed the spa services. All of the staff, especially the concierge and spa staff, helped to make my girlfriend’s birthday an enjoyable trip. We love this hotel.

The hotel had everything we needed and more. The rooms were modern and clean. We'd stay again for sure. The terrace was amazing.

This hotel is one of the best in the city you can’t beat the location. The hotel itself is incredible from very modern spacious rooms. Incredible service, amazing proper gym and you’ve got bar George in the building, which is exceptional food at any time plus a bar with lmusic on the weekends. You can’t go wrong

Rooms have modern amenities, but use of space could be improved. My room had a large empty space that could have been a nice sitting area or kitchenette. The terrace was nice, but the furniture outside was in poor condition (broken table, sofa cushions stained and dirty.) A few other oddities: our room was right above the restaurant which made for a very loud and late night on the weekend. There was an ice bucket in the room, but no ice machines.

Very high tech rooms , all electric controls , bathroom has extremely advanced features , staff were very friendly and helpful , room so clean and new , very comfortable mattress and pillows , loved it and loved our stay .

Great property in a great location in Downtown Montreal

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely rate it highly. The staff truly stood out—they were consistently friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist with anything we needed, which made the experience feel welcoming and personal. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also a huge plus, as it’s conveniently close to everything, which made getting around simple and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the adjoining outdoor space—it was a great bonus and added to the overall atmosphere of the stay. The only minor downside was that the front entrance was under renovation during my visit, so we had to pass through a busy restaurant/bar area, which could feel a bit tight and crowded—especially when carrying shopping bags. However, this didn’t significantly impact my overall experience. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Strange division of the bedroom . The entance is as big as the bedroom but it’s divided by a bathroom. .so the area with the bed is actually quite small

A very disappointing stay due to the extremely low quality bedding! I was shocked that a hotel of this caliber had a synthetic comforter and not a big cloud like down comforter. :/ Low thread count sheets and very hard pillows. An awful week of nights here due to the bed conditions. Extremely clean room and well sized. The Bar George AM staff struggled with bery basic breakfast orders all three mornings we dined there.
