The room was fantastic, the hot tub was perfect and location was great. The staff was really friendly and so helpful. They were accommodating in everyway possible. I own 3 businesses and if I was from the same area I would have been trying to recruit these employees for myself. Top notch!

I can't say enough about how happy and helpful everyone was! Just a wonderful staff who make our stay that much happier! Fantastic location right in the village and ski out 3rd floor made for a perfect get away! Extra thanks to Marcus for being so helpful! We had an amazing time and will be back!!

Great location, only 3-5 minute walk to base mountain lifts including Gondola. Rooms good and clean. Excellent outdoor hot tub and pool. Valet staff are amazing and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The room was comfortable, wish they would vacuum the carpet in between guests also was disappointing that in spite of the room not being sold to anyone else on the day of our departure, I was told that they could only provide a 30 min extension for late checkout as I had not booked directly with the hotel but through Expedia…this has never happened to me anywhere else in all my travels, usually most hotels will easily provide a one hour late checkout extension, providing the room is not already needed for another same day check in… outside of this experience, the rest of the staff was very nice… I imagine the weekend crew needs more customer service training..

We encountered a couple of issues but they were addressed by the hotel on check out. The hotel was perfectly located in the pedestrian village and was an easy walk to everything. Recommend the valet parking as it was cheaper than the public parking lot. The restaurant was amazing and you get a $15 credit every time you dine there.

It was a great day. The nicest thing was the quality of the people who work there. Very nice and eager to help. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The only thing where the renovations is taking place which made it a little bit ugly at the entrance and by the Jacuzzi, we were not worn at the time of making the reservation that there would be renovations taking place. But in any case it is a very nice hotel where we would happily go back anytime.
