Great location to explore Old Quebec City - easy access to petit champlain, Place de Royale, and Chateau Frontenac. But the bedrooms are all upstairs, and we have to leave our bags downstairs and take whatever we needed. Great kitchen facilities with cooking tools, and have washing machine and dryer.

Very convenient location in the old Quebec area. Close to all the places we planned to go. Nice and clean room, very comfortable beds. Just one little issue that the room has washer and dryer but didn’t provide the laundry detergent. Called the phone number and was told they would check with housekeeping. We didn’t get any laundry detergent even when we checked out. We tried to buy outside by ourselves but couldn’t find any. Not a big deal but found out there were no body wash, conditioner or body lotion provided, either.

No fué el apartamento convenido. Nos dieron otro con muy linda vista pero parecía mas chico.
El unico problema con la ubicacion es que no hay supermercados cerca para poder cocinar en el apartamento

The accommodation looked clean and nice, but the hallway to the room was messy and the elevator felt dangerous.
I had a slight smell from the pillow, and it was a little uncomfortable with no locks on the front door and only the door lock

Overall a great place to stay. A central and safe location to check out the city. Room was spacious. Loud at times given the loft style. We also found the rooms extremely warm as there was no AC option and the previous guests had obviously had the heat cranked. Windows unable to open.
