Loved the condo, clean with all amenities, and easy access to shuttle and village. My only complaint was that there wasn’t any wood for the fireplace. I called the number for inquiries and left a message, but there was no call back at all.

Bathroom was covered in black mold and shower curtain. Requested to be moved but not accommodated. Cleaners arrived and did not see any results. Disappointed and individuals who are immune very unhealthy condo.

We have been here a couple of times now and will be back again. Really nice place. Only thing that would be nice is if Les Manoirs had a hot tub that could be used in the winter.

Great condo, with all the supplies of a hotel. It was clean and very comfortable. Easy 15 min walk to the Mont Tremblant resort, and the bike path is accessible from within the parking lot. Not the best view in our condo, but given it is at ground level, it provides easy access, without a bunch of stairs as is the case for some of the other condos.

Generally good- couple things to be improved - Bed is pretty hard - No cushions on outdoor furniture - No instructions on how to enter pool - No where to use key card. However the place is super quiet, Convienient and good getaway .

The stay was good only a few issues I had. There was no paperwork on how or what TV channels were available to use. The bathroom door was sticking to the floor like it was not leveled properly. Not enough of the right cooking utensils to use. The walk way to the front door was never properly shoveled. One of the single beds was being held up by wood blocks. The dresser drawers on most of the bedroom furniture were sticking and old.

The experience started with the door to the entrance closet, falling and hitting my girlfriend. The bathroom was not very clean, no water pressure in shower and the bathtub did not drain. You were standing in 3 inches of water, while taking a shower. I advised the front desk about these issues, upon check out. I requested a phone call from a manager, so I could discuss. I have not received a call as of yet. I have stayed on their properties before, I will not in the future.

Very close to the village while providing peace and tranquility. No A/C, but the property was comfortable for the time of year we went. Clean, but definitely showing signs of age. The pool was a great bonus.

I did not like les manoirs at all smelly old dingy.. Annie from the hotel Chateau Beauvallon was a great help she found me a 3 bedroom room in the hotel which i paid extra but i was really happy ...Service was excellent..

The ceiling fans had dust so we didn't turn them on. The oven was not cleaned properly because when we added our food, it started to burn and the smoke alarm went off. I had an email saying the 4 tide pods will be given but nothing was there and when we called to ask for it we were told that it was something we had to bring on our own. Only advance of this property is, it is very close to town so 10 min walk.
