Here’s a more polished and professional version of your review while still keeping your honest opinion and tone: The room was clean, which is expected for a hotel charging around $300 per night. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked very well throughout our stay, However, there were several disappointing aspects. First, the room was extremely small, and the photos online were somewhat misleading regarding the actual size. The shower also took about 4–5 minutes before hot water would start running. Another issue was the television not working upon arrival. We were told to connect using the staff Wi-Fi because the guest Wi-Fi did not function properly for the TV. Unfortunately, not all staff members knew how to resolve the issue, so it was only fixed the next day around 6:30 PM when we returned to the room. Access to drinking water was also inconvenient. There was no water fountain available, and we did not feel comfortable drinking water from the bathroom sink. We were only provided with three bottles of water for a two-night stay, and afterward we were told the hotel had run out of bottled water. Strangely the room had a slight inclination making it somewhat unsettling to walk around. I want to emphasize again that the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. Sadly, despite their efforts, the overall hotel experience did not feel worth the $300 per night price point.

Os recepcionistas são excepcionais, muito educados, atenciosos, prestativos. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, perto da Rua St. Paul, onde tem os principais restaurantes. Custo benefício excelente.

Air conditioning works well. room was clean. shops are at a distance from center of Old Montreal. Very few restaurants nearby

The staff were amazing super flexible, and very kind!! The property was good, room was fairly clean but I found that the sheets and towels had stains in them. Aside from that, the room was spacious and good sized. I also found there was no room service. Towels and sheets were not changed throughout the stay.

This was a great place to stay. The building is older and has fairly small rooms, but they don’t advertise more than that. For the price, right in to old town Montreal, it was an excellent value. Clean, comfortable and great staff. Would definitely stay again.

We requested assistance with setting the air conditioner and received excellent support; however, despite this, the unit would not remain on for more than 30 seconds when adjusted to a lower temperature and would automatically shut off. Overall, the hotel provided a very positive experience. The room was cozy, the bathroom was exceptional, the view from the window was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the stay offered great value for the cost.

It's an old building, so a little creaky but rooms are new, clean and lovely

Clean room, easy access and helpful staff. For the price it’s a steal but it doesn’t have a mini fridge in the room. I don’t feel I miss the fridge though and the price on Expedia is very fair for the condition of the room and the location in old Montreal

La chambre etait correcte mais douche et serviettes sales. Avec poils et taches. 1 seul verre et impossible d’en avoir d’autres. Le lit était quand même confortable mais mettons que la propreté a terni mon expérience.
