My room had bed bugs, and I slept with them for one night. I work in healthcare so bedbugs is a huge deal for me. The staff changed my room next day but I was really disappointed with Expedia. I have been using it for a while and when I asked for the help from agent online. Instead of helping me out he asked me to contact with front desk and gave 30 points credit. And what’s with the motel why do the have speaker every morning and night someone is calling someone from there which ruined my sleep. I wanted a new room with new hotel I would have paid extra but the agent try shove my problem off his shoulder. Never ever I feel I was helped during my. The second night I was awake all night and slept on the desk instead of the bed coz of bed bugs scare. Just because it was holiday I let it go. But the MOTEL is a no no and I have pictures as well.

Safe to spend a night

We requested for non smoking room but room they gave us, it had bad smoking smell there. Staff were very rude. There was no water dispenser at the office or outside. Room door was very squeaky and exhaust fan was very loud in the bathroom. I will never be going back there in future. Room was too cold even with heat on. Zero star.

1. A deposit equal to a 2 night stay - $200 freaking surprise! 2. Phone did not work. 3.Staff screwed up the electronic door lock after entering room without notice or permission. 4. Internet was inaccessible for 1/2 the stay. 5. Shower plunger not obvious, and there werr no instructions. 6. Lobby had no coffee.

Staff was great, room was large and reasonable condition considering the age of motel. Price is within reason. Matteress was due for a change otherwise is would have got another star.

The bathtub had rust. The sheets were so old they had a wierd smell and the sheets had small holes. Walking on the carpet dirtied our socks. The picture on the TV had a lot of snow. The kitchen sink was leaking and had issues. I asked the manager to change the room but he said that they were all the same.

Too much noise around

This is not a three or four star hotel. This is a MOTEL!! The bed is as so soft & comfortable it was so hard to crawl out at 5am!! This motel is not in the middle of surrey’s homeless area so it felt comfortable. The towels are not super soakers but this is a motel. Not every room has refrigerator. Wifi included and speed was more than adequate. This place deserves your attention if you’re traveling to surrey and don’t need the luxuries.

It was a lovely 2 day stay I would have loved to have stayed longer but I had to catch a plane.

Bathrooms were dirty and unfortunately no one helped me or offered a discount

Dirty rooms, very old & outdated facilities not a safe place, it should be not recommend in Expedia!!’ They scam people there don’t ever stay here !!
