Lofts du Vieux-Port

We loved it so much we came back a couple of weeks later and requested the same room. This is apt to become our home-away-from-home when we travel to beautiful Montreal.

Staff were super polite

Our loft was spacious, bright, well equipped and very well located. The kind receptionist and the valet parking guy name Maxime were very warm, welcoming and understanding. Thank you!

Great location and would absolutely stay again. A couple of tiny quirks during our stay, and as noted, it was 3 flights up but it was well worth it for the location and the price. Also, the service we did engage with (valet, front desk) were all super nice and likely would have helped even more so, if we asked. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We stayed for one night and it was amazing! The loft was very comfortable and homey- completely furnished and beautiful. The staff were all very kind and spoke good english. We would love to stay again!! Love from Vermont :)

The room was beautiful. The view was beautiful. There was nothing bad about the room except a leaky faucet! Amazing stay!

La chambre est très belle et le lit est confortable. Par contre, les images montrent la présence d’un bain sur pied et d’une douche avec plusieurs types de jets pour la chambre loft de luxe. Finalement, il n’y avait pas de bain ni de multiples jets. Lorsque mentionné au lobby, on m’a juste répondu que ce n’est pas tous les lofts de luxe qui en sont équipés et que je devais lire les petits caractères plutôt que de me fier aux photos… J’avoue que ce n’est pas le genre de réponses que je souhaitais recevoir. De plus, nous entendons bien tous les bruits extérieurs. Par chance, c’est un coin tranquille. Malgré cela, nous avons aimé l’endroit parfait pour un voyage en amoureux.

The room was not as advertised.

This is a wonderful property in the old city (vieux Port) of Montreal. It is adjacent to a beautiful park on the St.Lawrence River. The “lofts” are in historic buildings renovated to modern style and function but with brick, stone, massive wood beams exposed architectural gems. Walking distance to Place des Arts for music, dance and cultural “spectacles”, China Town and the modern Montreal Metro is at your doorstep to take you all over Montreal. Great restaurants everywhere in the old city and French Canadian culture permeates. The staff are sophisticated but friendly and help make the experience truly unique. Montreal is one of the few truly bilingual cities in the world.
