Very comfortable stay! We stayed 2 nights in June, within walking distance of everything downtown. The beds were really nice, with loads of pillows! The Wifi was great with loads of channels on TV. The water got hot instantly for the sink and shower! The fridge kept our beer at a nice cold temperature. The breakfast was one of the best hotel/motel style free breakfasts. Nothing to say as a complaint at all. Didn't use the pool, but looked clean and nice. Great stay again, thanks!

It was still pretty cold in June and they only had AC running. The staff was great and able to provide us with a space heater.

Great room, good breakfast and great location.

We stayed in harbour view room and the view was spectacular. Two wing back chairs to enjoy the view. What a treat to end and begin each day with. Vinyl flooring showed how clean it was. We hate hotel carpet. I had so many issues…double booked by accident, arrived a day late due to flight issues…everything dealt with pleasantly and efficiently. Breakfast was great as were the staff there. Thank you for making our time so wonderful.

Was a very clean quiet hotel. Beds were comfortable and the restaurant was adequate. Food choice was small and the fish had a lot of batter on it, not much fish. Staff were friendly. Would stay again.

Nice big clean room. Very comfy bed. Staff were amazing. Across the street from the water and fun things to do. Spinnakers landing was a two minute walk away. Holmans ice cream was a two minute drive. The breakfast was huge and tasty and FREE. Big beautiful pool that nobody used. Snack machines, drink machines. Honestly? Other than being a bit out dated.. it was a ten out of ten!! Highly recommend

While everything was clean the property is a bit tired. Breakfast was a typical hotel buffet breakfast, fine, but the staff in the breakfast room were fantastic. Check-in was easy and the person at the desk gave us lots of information about the area. We did have a nice view of the water from our room. There is a slightly busy road that way but it did not interfere with our sleep so it must calm down at night. The Confederation Trail is right outside the hotel, easy 5 minute walk to the strip and great coffee.

This charming hotel has clean rooms, comfortable beds, a generous breakfast, and very kind and helpful employees. What more could anyone ask for?! I have stayed here twice and am returning again in a few weeks. It is truly the BEST PLACE to stay at in Summerside.

Lots of space in our room...clean..i would stay there again

Our room was a suite on third dollar facing the ocean and was lovely except for the fact it was cold as ice and the front desk staff failed to inform us at check in that we would be dealing with space heaters for 3 days. When questioned they lied and said it was heat system was repaired. It was not until the second day one of the maintenance staff were finally honest with us and told me the boiler was off for the season and could not be restarted. Day two we returned after a day of touring and the space heaters had overloaded the breaker and it tripped so we were back down to 63 degrees again. One of the space heaters was very noisy and we could not use it at night. No apology offered and no compensation provided. Front staff desk staff oblivious. The doors to the pool were propped open to let the warm moist air permeate the main floor and nearby stairwell which I am sure is both a health code violation and against the fire regulations as well. The location was nice and we used as a home base for our 3 days on PEI. I just don’t tolerate dishonesty and for that reason I cannot recommend this accommodation. It is also showing signs of its age…crack in bathtub, faucet diffuser spraying on the counter and electric fireplace, which we could have used as a heat source, missing knobs and was not functional. Perhaps the management will contact me once they read this review.

Chambre très grande. tête de lit et base non fixée avec barres de métal qui dépassaient, Personnel avisé car risque de blessures. Personnels accueillants, attentionnés et respectueux. Micro-ondes, frigo avec une partie congélateur, liquide a vaisselle et linges.

The staff were positively wonderful. The room was super clean and lovely. The pool was amazing. The lady that works in the breakfast room was fantastic.
