The place was actually closed for the season. The owner wasn’t even understanding how it got booked in the first place. In any event. The place seemed organized but did not have any cottages really ready to rent. We were a bit upset due to a celebration Thank you. Mark.

We had a great stay at Highlands Campground in New Glasgow, PEI. The facilities were spotless, thanks to hardworking staff. The cabin was clean, spacious, and simple, with bunk beds and a queen bed. You bring your own dishes and small appliances, which worked fine for us. The campground has a saltwater pool and is popular with young families in peak season, but during our off-season visit it was peaceful and quiet. The location made it easy to explore the whole island. Highly recommended for a clean and convenient base on Prince Edward Island.

A beautiful tranquil spot close to nature. I stayed in a dome and I loved it. I didn't want to leave.

Freezing no heat cabin had holes in walls could see outside. wifi was iffy !

We showed up to find that they did not receive our reservation from Expedia. They were booked solid so the owner called other customers who had yet to arrive and Somehow managed to accommodate us in a cabin. Nice little cabin with a water view. Very Quiet location.

The place was great but I was booked for 2 rooms when I only wanted one and now have to argue for a refund

Low cost camp-style accommodations. Very basic but safe with helpful staff. Decent value for the money.

Very nice little campground, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The kids had fun, well stay again in the future.

This spot is beautiful, clean, and just what you need for a camping experience. We stayed in the A-frame cabin, which was lovely! You may want to bring your own bedding and pillows (although they did provide linens, pillows, and blankets), for extra comfort. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the location is gorgeous! Thanks for a relaxing stay!

When we arrived for the check in we’ve been informed that the cabin had no running water nor toilet.Once in the cabin which is a hunting shack basically we notice many cracks in the walls and floor where we could see outside. There was no bedding except old blankets in very poor condition «  the kind you use to cover the floor when you paint « We checked the mattress to see for bed bugs and found some. After asking the owners to come and see which they both did. The man brushed em off saying it was only dust and asking us if we were really that picky. We asked to be reimbursed but they refused and told us it was whether what we had or to leave. We also have been downgraded because it wasn’t what we rented for our two days stay. Long story short. Very poor customer service and bad sanitary condition of the cabin, especially where it really matters. El: general cleanliness or good sanitary condition
