The hosts are exceptional people, very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Food was wonderful and rooms were spacious, clean and very well decorated. The dog and cats were wonderful too!

We had a wonderful stay in the family suite at Misty Meadows. The room was clean and a lovely space to be in. The location worked well for us, a 30 minute drive to downtown Victoria if not travelling in rush hour, and it was nice to stay somewhere beautiful and quiet. Errol and Cathy were friendly and attentive but gave us plenty of space, and Cathy made us an excellent breakfast, also going to the trouble of preparing a packed breakfast when we had to leave very early on our last morning. Their very affectionate feline co-hosts Jewel and Gem were also much appreciated.

The property is a very quiet getaway from all the buzz of Victoria. Breakfasts were hearty, healthy home cooked and tasted amazing. Cathy and Errol were lovely hosts and offered info on sites to see and places to get some good food, because it was our first time on the island. Definitely a place to be if you planning super busy days in and around Victoria and then need a peaceful rest at the end of the day. Kids are also entertained with the animals they have. My kids enjoyed the cats a lot and the sheep which brought such amusement to them. We have told all our friends about the place.

We enjoyed our stay at Misty Meadows, the friendly host and nice area, lovely pets. Our room was big enough for the family of 4. Excellent breakfast - a special thank you for that !

We really enjoyed our stay at the Misty Meadows B&B. Our hosts Errol and Cathy were delightful and they made us feel extremely welcome in their home. We stayed in the Paris room which was nice and spacious with a great size private en-suite. This room also had a private balcony which was relaxing to sit out on. The bed, pillows, sheets and towels were all high quality which added to the comfort of our stay. Finally, the location of this property is really quiet and peaceful. It was easy to find and it is extremely convenient for driving to Butchart Gardens. I would stay here again if we were in the area and I highly recommend it.

This B&B was a nice transition from downtown Victoria. The area was pristine and peaceful after long days in Victoria. The owner gave helpful tips for our stay on Vancouver Island along with a great breakfasts to start the day. We would definitely go back and highly recommend this property if you're in the Victoria area.

Amazing place, a true hidden gem in the woods. The serene and tranquil environment is more than what we expected. The top tier homemade breakfast served is both fresh and nutritious. And the hosts’ hospitality is making the peaceful retreat more memorable. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Misty Meadows B&B with such friendly, engaging hosts. Cathy's breakfasts were so creative, tasty, bountiful and a feast for the eyes as well as our stomachs! The property is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, spacious bedrooms with balconies, lovely landscape of trees. We also thoroughly enjoyed their lovely pets, Kenzie the lab, Jule and Gem, their cats and Noah the adorable donkey! We highly recommend staying at their lovely home.

We had a fabulous stay here. It was very homely and the hosts Cathy and Erroll were very warm and friendly. The rooms were very clean with a beautiful garden view. An AC had been installed specially for us, because of the unusual heat. The icing on the cake was the amazing breakfast! I would definitely return here in the future!!

Not experienced B&Bers but after experiencing Misty Meadows we will definitely make it our first option! Wonderful experience

Es war bei cathy und errol sehr persönlich und liebevoll. Errol hat mit unserer enkelin, 13 jahre alt, immer englisch gesprochen. Das Frühstück bei cathy war super. Wir hatten noch nie so ein schönes b and b. Vielen Dank an errol and cathy. Waldemar, Karin und Freddy

We had a lovely time, great B&B! We enjoyed the visit of the property with the owners, the fact that it was so quiet. Such an experience with the sheep, donkey and poney around at the farm. Our girls really appreciated the dogs and cats. The breakfast is excellent and served with love and attention. There is a big shared leaving room and the host make you feel really comfortable and respect your privacy. Even if it’s a bit of a drive from Victoria, we would definitely go back.

Twas a very peaceful/quiet place.the breakfasts are homemade,abundant and delicious.If you love nature,this is the best place!!Cathy and hubby are so hospitable,they make you feel at home and comfortable.The 2 dogs are soo friendly and the 2 cats are soo welcoming:)

Very green

The host and his wife is very friendly. He showed us around his farm. My kids had a wonderful time feeding the little donkey. The brrakfast his wife made was delicious. I would say if you don't like animals or pets, or have allergies, they do have the most friendly pets. They love to be petted.

Owners super nice and accommodating

The property is little far away from city. But we like to be in places like these as there is lot of silence. The host is very good. Cathy makes the stay comfortable and she makes yummy breakfast. We loved the dutch pancakes and coffee with fruits 😋. The covid safety was in place. Would highly recommend this property
