worn out rooms

It's a quiet place to stay but the hot tub is warm water

This property is located near the highway. It is older and some improvements have been made. The room was small and full of furniture making it feel claustrophobic. The bed mattress was comfortable but I used my own comforter because the blanket did not feel cozy. The room allowed for a good sleep but the prairie wind whistled under the door. Had it been winter, there may have been a snowdrift in my room when I woke up.

Old, they are trying to improve the property but our bathroom was dirty, the outside needs paint

The outside rooms are older and dated, but clean.

Extra charged for pet. Rooms very old Staff not friendly

Staff were friendly, but not very experienced.

The smell of curry from the restaurant on the premises was overwhelming. The lining of the sink was all cracked, the shower was shooting water all over.

Needed just a place to sleep overnight while on the road and stayed in one of the motel rooms. Not expecting anything fancy at all and the room would have been passable if clean (it wasn't). Had to kill a couple dozen houseflies, plus some other kind of small bug and were unhappy with the cleanliness of the bathroom. Unfortunate.

There was no hot water itvwas very dirty sinky from indisn food. Coffee stains on wall.

Perfect for a bed for the night while travelling. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

A place to spend the night

Place was clean. Pillows sucked.

The room was not cleaned properly… Cat litter left on the carpet from previous guests I assume. There was flies all in my room. The air conditioner was not on. The shower was clean however the shower head was small and angled in a weird direction and I was unable to move it so I was showering up against the wall. they also charge per pet for their pet fee whereas other hotels and motels do not, it is usually one singular fee. Their deposit is high for the cost of the of the room, even though it is refunded is still very high $200 a best Western plus charges $100. It seems odd to me. The room smelled really bad. The bed is not very comfortable. The headboard was falling off, and the bedding was old. I’m a single female on my own. I’m actually feeling quite uncomfortable and unsafe here as the surrounding area is very remote, and there are some less than favourable characters that seem to be living in this motel. I would not come back

We booked a King Room (website said 2 rooms available) on the day of,l at 4 pm (well after checkout) and an hour before we were to arrive at 9pm we received a call from Suvinker (she at first refused to give me her name). At first she said the King room we booked had a leaking toilet and would put us in a double bed at no extra cost (which was cheaper online?!). Then when I asked her when they discovered that issue, she said her management told her to call us. Then advised us that someone else had checked in and they noticed the toilet running. None of the stories made any sense and I asked to speak to management. She noted they were not there and I couldn't speak to them, when I asked how they just told her to call us when they were let there, she pretended not to understand. It was bizarre. I asked for a call back (it's now been well over 24 hours and no call). I then said we wanted a refund and she said she wasn't authorized to provide one, to which I advised her that the property was in breach of contract as I paid for a King Suite which was not going to be provided. She then said if I called Expedia she wouldn't refute the charge. I told her I was driving to Moosejaw and I wanted her to call Expedia herself and have our money refunded. She advised that was against their policy and wouldn't do it. We called and Expedia was amazing and refunded. This whole experience reeked of an overbooking to which they decided to lie about. Worst customer service ever.

We woke up in pain the bed was so uncomfortable the tub had what looked like black mold around it so we just showered and the pool super cold the hot tub luke warm and broken tile around the bottom of hot tub.

Need to have vehicle to drive into town. Room could use the walls wiped down and painted. Fly’s coming out of the sink drain, otherwise efficient.

It was disgusting full of bed bugs I videoed flies and mouse dropping every where Highly Don’t recommend this place
