The room was well appointed and clean, and the check in swift, and polite but the heat in there was out of control. Opening the front door was like walking into an oven. I turned the thermostat off completely but the baseboard heater still felt like I was standing on the edge of a volcano. I had to keep the window completely open and the AC at max to counteract the absolute firestorm that was blasting out of that thing and even then it was barely habitable. My stay was on Dec 25th.

Everything was great

Aside from a misunderstanding when booking, the staff was able to correct the issue and because of that , we will definitely tell our friends and will stay there on our next visit. Thankyou to the staff for understanding our dilemma and making our stay a great one. Ken Walker.

Great stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful. Good location and nice breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

Beautiful area - ocean views, beach, sunset - and easy access to restaurants. Excellent cafe right next door. Right on the highway so convenient for travelling to Sechelt town centre but traffic is heavy. Bathroom is modern and rain shower is lovely. Room a bit small so suitable for short stays.

The floors in the room were quite dirty. White socks were very dirty after walking on the floors. There is a large gap under the door resulting in cold air and insects.

Stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Has a great view and amazing touches like automatic blackout blinds and very clean property despite door and stairs being outdoors. The EV charger is very convenient and on-site restaurant is delicious.

We stayed here recently and really appreciated that the rooms were nicely renovated, modern, and clean. The highlight was definitely the absolutely spectacular ocean view with Davis Pier right outside! — it was stunning to wake up to and made sitting out on the deck a real treat. That said, our stay had a few downsides. The king-size bed was very uncomfortable, which made four nights of sleep difficult. The power blinds also seemed to have a mind of their own, opening and closing at random times throughout the day and night, which was disruptive. Additionally, the lobby staff weren’t always on time to have the doors open by 8 am, which was inconvenient when we wanted to grab coffee in the mornings. A small touch like having a cozy throw blanket available for sitting on the deck to watch the sunset would have made the experience so much better. With a few improvements, this could be a truly outstanding stay.

Was a great place , only stayed one night , the océan view was outstanding

Location was good. very limited sea view.

The units are more like a motel. You can hear the people next door and outside your door. You have to keep your blinds close because people can see inside. This is ok for one night, no more, and you need a car to go into town.

Location is excellent, has a good size fridge, not a mini fridge. Bathroom was newly updated, but not a fan of the rain shower head. My son is 6'4" and doesn't fit under it. I would definitely stay here again

Overall my stay was very good. I personally think the room was a bit pricey for what was essentially a prefab workcamp building. However it was very clean, the beds were comfy and the shower was amazing. Inly note i have is something needs to be done about the bugs. Not bed bugs, again the beds were great. No, due to what i beleive was improper seals on the windows and doors, there were lots of flys, spiders and even one brave cricket that snuck in while i was sleeping. All that being I think if they did more to address this issue and also if the room was priced a little more reasonably i would have no problem recommending this place to others and even staying there again myself. Over all i enjoyed my stay but will definitely pack some bug spray next time.
