파크 애비뉴 로프트

Absolutely terrible experience at Parc Avenue Lofts. The unit was filthy, with mould and dirt everywhere. When we raised concerns, we were told this was just "normal wear and tear." The rooms had no air conditioning, and only 2 fans were provided for 3 bedrooms — one of them caked in dust. The blinds were practically useless, letting in all the light and offering no privacy. I’ll be attaching photos so others can see the real condition of this place. Don't stay here even if it's for free.

L’emplacement est idéal et la terrasse vraiment sympa. Voilà les seuls commentaires positifs pour ce loft. Tout est soit sale soit abîmé voir cassé à l’intérieur. Le jacuzzi est dans un état déplorable. L’eau n’est même plus transparente et d’une odeur douteuse. L’équipe de l’établissement n’est pas du tout à l’écoute. Aucune réactivité.

Where do I start from: place (floor and carpet) was very dirty, furniture was stained (get the property steamed cleaned by a professional), pictures are misleading, falsely advertised (pictures shown are not of the property, had a 1.5 bathroom not 2, balcony is a small terrace in front of the building garbage bins and fire escape, had one small ac on the top floor, rooms have no air circulation). 5 of us developed rashes on our body from the place and in the morning and got a different place. Management refused to do anything about any of the issue (as a matter of fact they stopped answering my call). If I could give it a negative rating I would! Felt like my family trip was ruined by such a terrible experience!!!

I had a truly disappointing stay at this hotel. The initial room I was assigned was in poor condition, with broken furniture. After requesting a replacement, I was moved to a second room, only to find that the bed there also broke down during the night. This experience was far below expectations, and I would strongly advise against booking this place. The lack of proper maintenance and attention to guest comfort is unacceptable.

Enrique was a great help to us during our stay. With poor weather and poor travel conditions he accommodated us and went above and beyond, thanks to Enrique and the team at parc av lofts for the great hospitality.

We were looking for properties with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and this was one of the very few available. The price was reasonable. We stayed for 4 nights. And really enjoyed our stay as everyone got their space comfortably. Access to the property was easy. Property owner was very easy to communicate with and was responsive. I cooked some of the meals at the property and found some kitchen things missing - scissors, blender, oven mitt. Not enough spoons. Heating, lighting was good. Property is beautifully furnished. Lots of cafes nearby at walking distance. We checked out a new one everyday. Markets were at driving distance. Parking was extra cost and was a nuisance to find the spots. But we had wanted to be close to the city. So we knew that parking would be a bit of a hassle. Oh there was no elevator.

Nice place! Perfect for the game night I hosted, plenty of room to sleep. Will definitely rent again

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement délabré, sale .surchauffé alors que la temp ext était de 20 degré,la lumière dans la chambre ne pouvait s’éteindre,après notre diner au restaurant,on ne pouvait plus l’allumer,devant tant de saleté et d’écart par rapport à la proposition sur le site nous avons quitté les lieux alors même que la totalité du séjour était réglée une honte totale ,le management n’a rien voulu savoir A EVITER ABSOLUMENT

Finding property was the worst and only thing that keeping the he stay from being great! Had to constantly move car around to avoiding fines.

Amazing place to stay will be back

The place is beautiful! But the hot tub was missing jets and is in rough condition. I called about the tv and to get towels and they said they would call me back and never did. The cleaning lady said I had to wash my own towels

Was a clean and quiet place but there was no even a paper-towel, salt, pepper or oil in the kitchen. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge.

Loft was spacious in a great part of the city. Would definitely recommend to those travelling in bigger groups.

Amazing tarrasse

The street and the area were filthy. We were shocked on arrival to see all the garbage bags everywhere on the side walks . All the furnishing is terribly worn out. Terrace furniture is in a disgusting shape and the floors super patchy and worn out. They advertise a barbecue but i was told by management to bring my own propane tank. An empty propane tank was left on the terrace. The barbecue looked like it's never been cleaned. The condo is a 15 minute car ride from downtown Montreal. To make a long story short this was too expensive for such a poorly maintained property. It also says on the site condo can accommodate 6 people but in reality you can only sleep 4 if you share beds. We still made the best of our stay as my friend group was very chill

Nice location Enjoyed the patio & jacuzzi

Loved our place, but there is no parking and it is not very close to attractions. The first night someone smashed out the window of our car. Our car was the only one with American tags so we were definitely targeted. The area may be a little too dirty for some people.

This is definitely a luxury apartment
