Great stay

The apartment was clean. The only problem I had was my GPS took me to the wrong address when using the link from Hotels.com. No other issues outside of that

The environment is superb

Love it here

The property initially had some issues but the management was super helpful and made quick corrections amd changes.

Parking in the property was hard to deal with especially in the night time as other residents take your spot. Property was also not very clean as there was a leftover pizza slice underneath the bed of the master bedroom.

Do not recommend this place so dirty !!!!!!

Condo building is nice. Facilities are good. I got room 2705 and it was below average. Borderline unacceptable. Flooring looks relatively new but was done very poorly. Walls are full of holes where decorations used to be. The place needs work, a paint job and a deep cleaning. The toilet had a constant, nonstop noise. There was no coffee machine. There's a four slice toaster but no coffee machine. The bed frame was broken so they added two extra box springs to support the very uncomfortable mattress. The pillows were absolutely horrific. I rolled up a towel and used that to have a bit of support. But the view is great, the small balcony was fun. The check-in and checkout was just creepy, walking into someone's living room. So it's just barely passable as an apartment. Location is great, indoor parking is easy and super practical. All that said, I would not recommend or stay again.

The unit itself left much to be desired, but the building and location are excellent. I was disappointed to have to purchase my own cleaning supplies to clean the apartment so I could comfortably enjoy my birthday weekend. I could tell someone attempted to clean, but did it poorly. Walls and light switches looked like they have never been wiped, the floor under the couch was covered in crumbs, the bathroom counters and walls were gross, and the windows seemed to have never been cleaned. The unit clearly had had water damage previously, as the bottom of doors and baseboards were warped. There were no extra towels, pillows, or blankets, and the linens were of very low quality. Soap was provided, but in refilled original cheap plastic dispensers with worn labels, and the soap was visibly watered down. Everything in the maintenance of the unit was done below a bare minimum standard of hospitality. The rental company representative was polite, although he tried to tried to excuse the dirty bathroom (with dried toothpaste on the counter) by saying a light was repaired earlier in the day. My key fob did not work when I arrived, because the building updated its system. The building concierge was very helpful, and fixed the problem, but that is something the management company could have taken care of before check-in. I would stay in this building again, but in a unit managed by a different company.

Bathrooms could have towel racks, especially for kids / persons that may be under 5 feet tall. Difficulty finding trash shoot. No instructions for check out. Would have been nice to offer grocery shopping for guests prior to arrival, especially when snow is expected. Wash towels were not available

Was really good and very clean. windows did not open, when I was cooking it got kinda hot and it didn’t open but it wasn’t the end of the world overall the place was really good and in a really convenient spot also such a great view if you get a higher up room

I found the apartment to be very comfortable clean and well stocked. I had everything I needed. I was highly impressed with the security measures at the property, which made me feel safe. The surrounding area is walkable with several dining options, ATMs, coffee shops and convenient stores close by. And just a block away from Square One Shopping Cente, the best in Mississauga. I will definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my overall stay, however the unit needs some maintenance.

The property is in a prime location. The staff were great for check-in and check-out. As this was an apartment they needed to an option for housekeeping even if it was at a price and the apartment lacked some basic amenities especially things like dish rack, bin bags and toiletries.

Every thing in the apartment very dirty and old smell very bad office they talk with attitude and rude and they are Thieves I miss staff from the room and they broke my car steal a bag very bad place very bad people the worst things I ever see in my life and I have pictures for everything things

People work with attitude very rude and place not clean smile very bad and they steal my stuff from the apartment and they broke my car and steal personal items from my car it’s impossible how these people work I have everything with pictures

Good place, managment need to be more flexible

Very nice place.

Windows needed to be clean. Furniture needs to be updated. Mattress was extremely hard and difficult to sleep on. View is amazing.
