Bell TV, poor internet, clean room, door needs insolation.

Very nice lady at the desk. Shower did not work good could not drink water rust comes out of tap too start.Bathroom flour moves and tiles crack

They say the first impression is everything - we pulled in to the bumpy worn out driveway of the motel to find 3 run down cars that looked like they had been there a number of years and then to top it off the pool had mostly been drained of gross looking winter water and smelled terrier !!!!!!

This is a nice, older, inexpensive motel on Highway 7 just outside Peterborough. The owner/manager was pleasant and helpful. The room was large and clean; the beds were comfortable; the bathroom, although small, was spotless. I find no fault with this motel if you are looking for a pleasant, inexpensive stay. Although on Highway 7, I didn't find any road noise interfering with my sleep.

Amazing experience. The manager marie was amazing and I had an excellent stay !!! Would definetly recommend. Place was clean.

No luxuries here. Clean, friendly staff, convenient location. Wifi didn't work.

The motel was conveniently located; accommodation was okay, apart from the fact that the 2nd night I near froze. I have stayed in this motel before and didn't have this issue. Will definitely reconsider whether or not to book here again.

Horrendous! Greeted with confusion by a lady who turned out to be the manager & was told that my reservation was cancelled. Was given a room that reeked of bleach. Shower was horrendous with barely any water pressure & hard water stains. Went out for the day, came back to a room that smelled like a mix of sewage & sulphur. Next day went out & came back to a smell of sewage again. Husband went to front desk to complain & was who told that the owners wouldn't do anything nor would the manager. Never offered to refund anything or even switch rooms. Accused my husband of swearing at them (owner & manager; both women). I could hear them from our room. Left shortly thereafter & got a different hotel for the rest of the weekend. Unbelievable poor service & sooooo not worth the cheap rate. NEVER AGAIN!

We were told how it's one of the best rooms with 2 heaters...you do not have control of the heat so had I not worn my wintercoat, hoodie and -40 socks I would have froze. You can feel every spring in the bed the "comforter", was so thin, less than a 1cm, and out dated even had a burn mark on it and stains... I did not use this to sleep. The pillows weigh a ton and were flat as pancakes, they need to be replaced.I did not use the pillows either. The bathroom was clean but the hot water tap did not run any water, nothing came out. The room had been dusted and vacuumed. The TV works well with good channel options. Also, has Wi-Fi but I did not use it. The room needs some repairs first the chain lock broke when engaging it. Probably dosen't matter as the door is thin and could be easily broken into. The motel is off the highway about 15m but was very loud as if it was immediately outside the door, a thicker door with a good seal could help with that. The ceiling was cracking and the paint is smoke stained even in the non-smoking room. They had a blanket over the window to pervent a draft, I presume. It is defiantly not worth what they ask for. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for $20 more.

Recommended nice place. Very friendly and caring staff. Still hotel needs some maintenance though.

They say they have Wi-Fi but none was available, very dirty floors, food was left in the fridge, cable for TV passed through window to window would not close and therefore it was cold in the room and very unsafe. Asked for an immediate refund and chose another place which was a thousand times better for a few bucks more a night. Never again!

Just has the bare minimum. No food or restaurant within walking distance. Wi-Fi would be on for one minute and then disappeared. Electricity was down in the middle of the night. But the place was quite tidy though.

It is an older style hotel, but was very clean and tidy. We had a fridge, microwave, satellite tv and wifi. Manager was very nice. Difficult to find as GPS doesn't recognize the location. We only stayed to sleep and shower so it worked for what we needed.

If you're looking for a clean inexpensive place to lay your head this does the trick. The facilities are older but they're clean and functional. The owner went out of her way to accommodate us and was very kind.

Exterior and check in office give a poor impression, however the room was spotlessly clean lots of hot water for shower and the price was the lowest on file. Unfortunately it was a cold night the heat was not adjustable and there was a gap in the door, weatherstripping missing,resulting in cold air entering the room. WiFi connection poor.

Huge draft coming through the door. Froze my entire stay of two nights

Would pay more to stay some place better.

Entirely serviceable - just not fancy. The property clearly needs a lick or two of paint.

This hotel should NOT be listed on Hotel.com. It has no potable water in the room, you are handed one bottle of drinking water upon check in. The room has no telephone to reach the front desk, the room had no less than 11 bug traps around it on the floor, one of the beds was so canted it made sleeping difficult and the room smelled terrible! Is it even legal to rent out a motel room that doesn't have potable water?!

The room was clean and tidy. It was nice to be able to park right outside our door. The receptionist gave us a bottle of water on entry which was much appreciated.
