Stayed in family suite with our dog. There was a 30 dollar charge for the pup but it was a great place to leave her for a coople of hours since the bedroom is well sound insulated so she wasn’t aware of corridor traffic and did not bark. Bathroom was huge. Beds comfortable. Breakfast included and made to order - delicious!

It was an alright stay…if not for the couple of rooms that were assigned to me for my stay; I asked to be transferred to a different room twice. The first room was amazing, i thought, the room was clean and had the look and feel of a VIP. But then suddenly; i heard wind howling everytime the wind blows outside. It was because of a broken glass window which is at the bedroom. it wasn’t totally broken but cracked enough that wind can pass thru…the room i got transferred to is not far from the first…this time the window’s not broken it’s just not sealed properly or enough or maybe the window pane is just loose on one side but you can still hear the wind passing thru the window…the third room was on a different floor and this one’s alright, quiet, no howling….but; I had to go to the front desk and get the key card. It would have been alright with me if there was some sort of reason why she or anyone from her staff can take it to the second room. But there’s no reason, its just that I have to get the key from the front desk. So, I went down there hauling all my belongings and got the key card and headed up the 4th floor. I’m not saying my stay there wasn’t good, cause it was; I had a good rest.

Upon arrival the room was freezing cold the furnace was broken we waited for a maintenance man for two hours to fix it not offering another room then we proceeded to Watch TV it did not work called maintenance man he could not fix it we requested a credit or another room which was apparently not available The manager was to get back to us and never did

Absolutely amazing, super romantic was absolutely blown away with the room itself the water pressure was so good and the jacuzzi tub was everything we hoped it would be I’ll definitely be going back, On the down side the front desk/receptionist attendant's where not the friendliest didn’t matter how polite we where or how many times we smiled at her she refused to return the gesture and was gave us the impression we where annoying her, Also didnt inform us whatsoever regarding checkout or pir damage deposit the only thing she dis tell us was what time we had to check out by that was it so the following morning my husband and i walked up to the counter to return our keys where we where informed to place them in a slot box in the lobby then dismissed so we are now almost a week after our stay and still have not received our deposit back or received any communication in regards to it

Dining staff were helpful

Staff is super friendly and polite. Hotel is clean and the free made to order breakfast is fantastic.

The beds are very uncomfortable and the toilet is too low to the floor.
