Staff were friendly and very helpful. Facility was located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood. Various amenities within driving distance. In room TV didn't have access to streaming services on the usual local TV services.

Very clean. Nice towels. Soft bed but not too much so. Clean carpet in hallways, not dirt tinged from lack of shampooing.

The service was excellent from all hotel staff. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Very clean room with comfortable king bed. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel seems to be renovated but selective on their renovations, still very much signs of it being an old motel/hotel. The rooms have the old room smell to it and not everything is renovated/its poorly done. However, the rooms appeared to be clean and the bed was comfy and the pillows were good. The toilet in my room didn't flush properly (it took about 2-3 attempts to flush urine and tp) and i mentioned it and they had maintenance come in my room when i was gone and they didn't appear to fix it. The front desk staff were nice. The breakfast included, i couldn't tell you how well it was because i didn't have time to sit in there and eat and i tried to take a muffin and coffee to my room while i got ready to for my work day and i got told i was not allowed to (i was rudely told to read the notes on the walls which i didn't see at all when looking for food to eat). I spoke to the owner (or manager of the property i dont know his title as i didn't keep his card) and he was a bit of a d*ck, so based off of that alone, i probably won't ever come back if i have to stay in Quesnel.

Room and beds and bedding were excellent. Hotel required $100 per guest for prepaid room. Fully refunded on departure. Excellent continental breakfast with great diversity. On departure, front desk manager witnessed that we were photographing the hotel’s mascot and insisted that we be included in the photo. Well done Prestige Hotel!

Rooms have been renovated. The ground level room opened to an outdoor patio. Even though the hotel is along the highway, it was quiet at night time. Staff is very friendly. Very convenient to have breakfast included. Hope to see the pool and sauna open during my next visit.

Likes: breakfast (great selection and service), clean, comfy beds, ev charger, close to downtown, great lighting in the bathroom (but no fan?) Not so great: carpet, noisy room facing the highway, poor lighting in the room(just lamps), stuffy cause we couldnt leave the window open because of the highway noise. Would definitely stay here again but will book a room on t he park side with a balcony.

Only there 1 night unfortunately . Staff were excellent. Breakfast was great and overall it was a pretty good experience.

Lovely staff and very clean. Excellent bed and good sized room. Nice breakfast. Lots of outside maintenance happening. But did not effect our stay.

Comfortable stay. Safe place to park motorcycle bed comfy good shower and continental breakfast.

the front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. The ladies in the restaurant part were very good as well. The food was nicely done and the place was spotless.

We went in expecting average and couldn’t have been more impressed. Clean, spacious and staff eager to make your stay enjoyable. Part of our group made the mistake booking at the local Ramada and were shocked by the rundown conditions- at a comparable price point. A quick call to James (Prestige manager) rescued them and made everything right. Breakfast was both plentiful and delicious and our server (disappointed that I can’t remember her name) was humorous and left everyone feeling good as they departed - even with warm freshly made cookies! We will be back!

This is newly renovated and very nice! The bed was so comfortable and it’s a secure location close to downtown.
