Hotel is very old and ran down. Wall paper peeling, curtains falling apart etc.. Looks like they tried to remodel bathroom but it doesn’t match anything else. Hot water for shower was warm at best. People screaming all night. Hot tub is permanently closed in the pool room and the gym is absolutely worthless. One set of 5lb and 10lb dumbbells. Breakfast is ok. The eggs and pancakes are rubbery. It is close to Clifton Hill and that was the best part.

When we arrived we were informed that there was no Hot Tub and that it had been closed down 4 years ago! On the Hotels.com website it shows that there is a Hot Tub at this property for public use and there is even a picture of it on the site ....
Secondly we booked 2 Queen Suites with a sofa bed and we did not get those room types as the hotel does not have rooms that are like that .... again we booked this room type on Hotels.com and the website showed that this is the room type we would get and we did not !
Anyone booking this hotel on Hotels.com beware as they do not have the proper descriptions on this hotel updated!

The AC system or heater system was very noisy. You can here other people talking from there room. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom area. Hot mess.

The only nice part about this hotel was how close it was to Clinton Hill. Otherwise the pool room was extremely cold, the hot tub was not functioning, and our room amenities didn’t really work well.
The Staff however was extremely nice and welcoming.
the breakfast was disappointing not many options on the drinks as the machine was “out of order”

Our first room was freezing the heat didn't work , so we were moved to another room and this rooms heat did not work as well , the bathroom was very cold , couldn't even shower as it was too cold too . Would never come back here again !! Terrible service and outdated

Walkable distance from Clifton Hill, Falls and public transportation. Lots of food options. Walkable distance from good Indian food restaurants. Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Burger King etc too close.

Very outdated. Supposedly renovated but lipstick on a pig. Totally not what was advertised. I was put in the very old part. Huge gaps under main door. Heater/a/c pulled away from wall. Huge stains on window. Looks very rundown a few new things mixed with old furniture.
Would not recommend to anyone. Only good thing I could say was my room was fairly clean & staff were very friendly & helpful
