Very convenient situation but was quite noisy at night due to night clubs nearby. Comfortable beds and pillows, very clean and suited our stay.

Floor in bathroom was sticky. Toilet kept running, room was very small for the price. No fridge, vending machines beverages were very warm. Breakfast buffet was cold. Ordering food in the evening there was a beetle crawling on the bar of the restaurant.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. However, the local activity around the building was not inviting. It is not in a neighborhood where you would want to walk around.

There is a lot of rifraf around the front of this hotel. Outside is very dirty, smelly, and there are homeless right outside the door. Inside the lobby continues to have unpleasant smells. The hotel is old and needs an update but the staff are friendly and do the best they can.

The Hotel staff were great . The rooms were good . The area is okay but away from most attractions

I could not stay in this hotel. When I pulled up this afternoon there was no parking for almost a three block radius. But what was worse were the eight or nine drug addicts getting high within steps of the the Quality Inns entrance. I am a big guy and was not scared but rather disgusted. I tried to cancel my reservation but it wasn’t available to me on Expedia. Had to pay for an entire other hotel room. Brutal. The place should be shut down. Expedia should give me my money back because they are promoting this hotel.

Our room shared a wall with a club - the walls reverberated with the club music until 3:30am. The floors, including the carpet, were sticky on your feet, and the pull out couch mattress was so thin, it felt like you were laying directly on the springs. On top of that the room smelled of stale smoke. It was one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. And top of that, we paid $1000 for the experience. The concierge was helpful in switching us to a different room that was less noisy and cleaner, and provided complementary breakfast vouchers. However, it still feels really unfortunate to have paid that much money for a stay that was mediocre at best.

A little confusing finding roo m. And hallways were a bit warm. ... other than that no complaints

Hotel room was clean. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.. We weren't big on the area but taking Uber here and there was very convenient.

Dead bolt in rm 609 did not work. Rest of hotel is ok and downtown. Can take bus to see the city

The staff was lovely at check in and check out. Gave information to me in clear and concise manner. The room was perfect for our purposes. We just needed a place to sleep for 1 night and it worked great. It was in a great location as well. The only critique I have is with cleanliness. The hallway on the 4th floor where we stayed was really dirty. Could have used a vacuum. In our room, my sister found a hoodie from a previous guest under the bed. A more thorough cleaning of the rooms and common areas would be lovely for your guests. Our stay was perfect and I would choose this hotel again.

clean but old building

This is a moderate hotel. It is well kept and the staff were polite and friendly. It is conveniently located near several bus lines for getting around or within walking distant to most locations. The room was small and faced another building (no scenery). Some things were odd - like the additional lock on the door not very secure, the bathroom light switch outside the bathroom in the walking area. Maybe for convenience but odd. Another odd issue was that there was a dispensary of lotion affixed to the mirror odd. Also the counter space very small when there was a sizable area in the bathroom for an additional table or fixture. Finally, the mattress was uncomfortable (not firm) The area around the hotel was questionable (to say it nicely). The breakfast included not worth considering. The same items were served each day - eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes and home fries. There is bread for toast, cereal (corn flakes and rice krispy), muffins (one day), bowl of apples(one day) orange juice (not - it tasted like tang), milk, coffee and tea. Nothing special!
