Great stay, staff is wonderfully

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing due to the nightclub noise inside the hotel. The music and bass were so loud that it literally vibrated through the room and you could feel it throughout your entire body well into the night. The hotel did provide ear plugs, but they made absolutely no difference against the level of noise and vibration. It was impossible to relax or sleep, which completely took away from the hotel experience. If you are looking for a quiet stay or are sensitive to noise, I would strongly reconsider booking here — especially on nights when the nightclub is operating. Which includes Monday's of a long weekend.

La ubicación es muy conveniente. El personal muy amable y colaborativo. Llegamos temprano de la terminal de cruceros y nos recibieron amablemente nuestras maletas. El personal es muy colaborador, ahora bien, estuve alojado en una suite de dos camas dobles y sofá cama, con ventanas a la calle, pero no pudimos dormir por el ruido exterior; el A/C (en la ventana), hacía tambien mucho ruido, y el área de sala donde se encuentra el sofá cama no cuenta con A/C. El baño es amplio. El hotel debería isolar mejor las ventanas a la calle. La alfombra de los pasillos centrales debe ser removida. Las habitaciones tienen piso cerámico y eso es más conveniente e higiénico.

The staff was great and all were friendly and very helpful. The location is an exciting part of town with many restaurants and bars. Many young to middle age people walking about. Now here is the problem.... they allow homeless people to loitering around the parking area. One of them insulted my wife. We laughed it off, because the offender probably is not in his right mind. But this otherwise good hotel should take steps to protect their guests.

The suite was quite large and staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very small with the toilets tiny and low. Also, we were booked about a nightclub with pounding music till after 2 am. Food at the Morrissey was excellent (although their signature brisket was unavailable. The parking arrangements were quite complex although we did receive secure parking after enquiring.

Quality Inn, atendeu todas nossas expectativas. Sua localização privilegiada, nos permitiu excelente movimentação na cidade. Limpeza e Alto nivel de seus funcionários foram determinante para nós turistas vindo do Brasil. Nota 10 para o hotel.

Nice location. Very helpful staff. Was able to upgrade to a better room for my mobility impaired mother.

The room and bathroom were clean , the beds were comfortable. The location is great, central to everything. The rate was affordable. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. That being said, the noise from the street below was pretty noisy at night. We heard emergency vehicle sirens and we heard people yelling on the street in the middle of the night. Also, the discounted breakfast next-door was very substandard so we looked elsewhere. You would not stay there again, we would pay $50 or more per night to stay somewhere else.

The room was clean , bed was ok when i got into bed there were small bits of stone or something in the bed . The hallway carpet was worn out .

Staff was very helpful and friendly

The hotel was very dated, but everything was clean and the staff were very helpful. The location was good. There were just a few restaurants right near the hotel, including a good Mexican Taco restaurant that offered a 10% discount for hotel patrons. However, there were a large number of restaurants, along with theaters and other entertainment venues, just two or three blocks away, My understanding was that was a popular Vancouver's night life area. The hotel was also walking distance to Yaletown, where there was a marina with access to the False Creek Ferry. These ferries offer easy access to Granville Island and nine other stops. There is also a bus stop right in front of the Hotel, so getting around was not a problem My only concern with the hotel was that the bathroom had a tub with a shower, but there were no shower gab handles. You needed to be very careful when using it.
