Quality Inn

Front desk staff was nice. Cleanliness of entire hotel was poor(walls/baseboards/ceilings,doors ect) in room were very dirty, surface areas were clean(i hope). Pool and hot tub area were GROSS- panty liners and used eyelashes, foamy- visible mold and walls all peeling and falling apart - in serious need of repair. Our room was freeezing, the entire inside of sliding doors were iced on the inside(i forgot to take a pic until the sun started melting it). Breakfast was nice and so were the staff working it. Ask for 5 extra blankets and stear clear of the pool area!

Shout out to front desk clerk Katie. I showed up a day early to avoid bad weather. She was able to add another night. Friendly, helpful and quick to check in.

This was the worst stay of our trip. The hotel smelt like weed, I think the staff was smoking the weed as it was so strong in the lobby. Went to is the pull out couches and bed went made had to call down to front desk. The staff wouldn’t bring sheets to our rooms i had to go down two times to get sheets, blankets and pillow for the pull out couches. The mattress on the pulls outs were disgusting. Staff was no help with anything.

The price was ok. Happy the pool and hot tub were available but the pool area was very run down and dirty. Rooms are very outdated. The tv in our room didn’t work well. Could hardly see the screen it was so fuzzy. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean comfortable beds

My room was freezing, had to plug and unplug a heater for heat. Dead bugs and other unidentifiable items under the bed. When I pulled the blankets down there was literally food crumbs in the bed. Also to boot, the hot tub and pool were dirty. As for staff, well, I asked for clean towels I asked a staff member while I saw her on the 2nd floor ...she had me follow her to the front desk on the main floor, she then proceeded to serve someone else, I waited patiently for about 15 minutes then she simply walked away without giving me towels or communicating with me. Overall, totally dissatisfied and would not recommend!

Beds confortables. Smelled of cigarette when we first got in the lobby at 19h. Pool and spa seemed old. There was dried blood near the bathroom door in the room. Breakfast ok but no fruit salad, muffins and almost no pastries at 6:15 AM. Lots of parking.

Been coming here for years and is always an great stop for a night rest when just coming off the snowmobile trails

I was checked in efficiently and courteously. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool on a cold wintry night.
