Quality as expected for price. Our room was very clean and had all the basics we needed. We could hear people out in the hallway which woke us, and breakfast food was not hot (other than waffles which my kids love!), but it wasn't terrible - again, for price, it was decent.

You get what you pay for. Older hotel with old carpet. Room was very clean, dog friendly on the ground floor. Convenient with the sliding glass door to bring the puppy out for potty breaks. She sniffed the room for 2 hours straight when we got there, so you know some animals had definitely left behind their scent.

Requested main floor room. Refused to be switched loud obnoxious people next door to us called down and asked for assistance. They refused to do anything done to lessen noise. Will never stay here again

This is the best hotel to stay at with a dog. You can back your vehicle right up to your patio door if you have a pet friendly room. It makes unloading/loading very convenient.

Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious and the bathroom is updated and spotless. A good impression overall.

Was woken up repeatedly

The sofa was stained, the mattress of the sofa bed was stained. There were no pillows for the pullout sofa bed. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Everything was great and clean

room & staff were good. breakfast was not. did not appreciate being charged before the stay, and zero chance of a refund had i had to cancel because of the winter storm. i won’t be back. ps the date is wrong - we stayed friday night.

Was a great hotel! Room was nice and clean. food options in breakfast were good loved the fresh waffles. The only complaint I would have was how loud the snowplow was so late at night and kept me and my boyfriend up it woke us right out of our sleep! But overall a good stay.

Breakfast was underwhelming, place was OK but not for almost 200 a night. Water was dirty brown when was pooling up during a shower. Will definitely ot be going back. Again if this place was much less I would not complained

First off we arrived 45 min early for the 3pm checkin. The girl stated our room was ready and she would wave the $ 25 check in early fee. I paid $305 for this room the wasnt cleaned very well when arrived. I told her i would go out to my truck and wait the 45mins till check in and write a review on hotel. Lamp shade has mold on it. Baseboards in bathroom were dirty. Sheets were clean which i like however all i could smell all night was bleach. And why would they shove a older couple on the floor which held a few hockey teams who proceeded to run around the halls and in parking lot screaming and running around until well after 11:30pm while parents sat by lobby at dinning area drinking and not controlling their kids. The check in desk is right there and i know they were aware of the kids runnin around.

Very clean facility. Staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. The staff at breakfast made sure everything was always full so there was no waiting. Would 100% stay here again!
