Over all it was very good although construction was going on right in front of our apartment. One recommendation I would give to them is to change their toilet it was just outdated and too low.

Perfectly located, walking distance to Eaton Centre, TTC etc. Unit was very clean and building was beautiful as well. I was met promptly at the agreed time in the lobby to get the key fob etc. Wifi was reliable, kitchen had keurig and some pods, all dishes/cutlery etc. There were some toilitries but I had to replenish my own if I used them up. Towels & sheets were hotel grade, very comfortable. I will book them again.

We flew into Toronto for a National Conference, stayed at the QWEST for four wonderful days. We arrived early and the staff allowed us to store our belongings in the room while they were preparing it for us. Once we were able to check in it was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. If and when we are in Toronto again, we will definitely consider staying at the QWEST once again.

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable and very well located. The day of our arrival, the concierge of the building was very rude.

I enjoyed my experience during my time in Toronto. The place was spacious, clean and suitable for my needs. The TV and and lack of cable was somewhat problematic. Instructions on how to operate the TV would be helpful too. My arrival was somewhat scary not knowing how the entire operations worked when I arrived. Moving forward, an instructional email with contact info would be very helpful, next time. The security guard was in no helpful @ all. Although professional but wasn't able to assist me with anything, including who the companies were that rented me the condo. This is scary part: my flight was delayed...so my arrival time was nearing to the time the office closed. Plus, I had telephone issues preventing me from checking my voice mail. I was really afraid of not being able to enter the building, until the representative "thankfully" arrived to usher me to my condo.
