このあたりでは珍しいオンタリオ湖に面したホテルです。
湖を眺めながら食事を頂くことができるレストランもあります。
ホテル近くにライトレールの停留所もあり交通の便もとても良いですし、トロントタワーやフェリーターミナルは歩いていくことができる絶好のロケーションにあります。

Bed linens were dirty when we arrived and after asking they be changed, only the top linen was replaced. I called again to request all linens get changed and housekeeping showed up with only pillow cases. The manager finally came to change them herself and they comped the parking fees for the inconvenience, but it did not make me feel confident in the cleanliness of the room. Food at breakfast was good, but there was only one server covering the restaurant and it was busy, especially on the weekend. Disappointed there was no room service available. Location was great.

In general our stay was pretty good-
Mentioning some finer points could improve:
-better signage out front
- bathroom: take down extra mirror behind toilet and add some towel bars / hooks, bath floor tile corners were dirty
-shower floor slippery
-cheap shampoo: there must be something better that’s modest cost
-lounge needs more ambiance
Overall nice just needs a bit of finesse. Thx!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Very professional.
Our room had a beautiful view of the harbor. And we enjoyed watching the boats.
The room itself needs some attention. I had to look under the bed for an earring that rolled away and there was debris under the bed. There is wallpaper peeling away at the wall near the wall. The bathroom was nice, thankfully, it had a really nice shower. The bathtub wasn’t available because the faucet knob came off in my hand. I’m sure maintenance could be better.
The little store connected to the lobby was small but filled with goodies. The owner was so nice and we had really nice conversations.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, it was centrally located to the downtown area. We walked to the Rogers Center, CN Tower, and several restaurants. Loved our visit! Thanks

Assigned to a wheelchair accessible room despite not requesting one. Normally not an issue but the shower situation was mildly awkward. Room has odd layout in terms of electrical outlets.

This is a nice property in a great location, however there many little things that did not meet expectations for the price of this hotel. One of two elevators was down the whole time which made it difficult to move luggage up and down to the room. This is a very active area, and unfortunately the sound attenuation was not up to the level needed for all of the noise. We could hear other guests coming and going through the hallways, talking, singing, yelling through the entire night. We stopped in the restaurant for breakfast and waited 10 minutes without even being greeted by a host, which was crazy considering it wasn’t that busy.
Again, the location is great and it’s a nice property, but the execution just wasn’t there for a hotel of this caliber.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Downtown Toronto! The location is excellent, especially if you're planning to explore the Harbourfront. It's very close to public transportation, just a 1-minute walk to a 24-hour supermarket, and surrounded by plenty of dining options.
The highlight of my stay was definitely the beautiful view of the lake. Waking up to that scenery made the experience even more memorable.
The only minor drawbacks were that only one elevator was functioning during my stay, which occasionally resulted in longer wait times, and there was some noise from the basement parking renovation as well as aircraft taking off. However, neither of these issues significantly affected my stay or took away from the overall experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Radisson Blu Toronto for its unbeatable location, stunning lake views, and convenience.

The location was by far the greatest asset of this hotel. Walking distance from Union Station, Roger’s Center, CN Tower, the Aquarium. Many pubs and restaurants in the area. One block from the lake. We didn’t try the restaurant in the hotel and on the night we wanted to use the pool it closed before we got to it. Overall satisfied with the stay. A bit pricey but no transportation expenses due to proximity to our planned events.
