Everything about this stay was exceptional. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. My room was beautiful—clean, spacious, and with a fantastic view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I woke up feeling refreshed every morning.

Booked this staycation to celebrate my son’s birthday. Intended to play in the pool and enjoy the slide. Pool area is not maintained, dirty, no water circulation in the pool and lots of settled sediment in the pool and hot tub. Front desk closed to pool for health concerns and we never got to use it. Was terribly disappointed, won’t ever stay here again. Front desk lady was lovely tho.

The staff were very nice ! Beds comfortable however no housekeeping came in to clean. The front desk said we had to ask for housekeeping service !?!? The hot tub was not working and pool on colder side for kids. Only 2 pillows per bed , requested more and was given 1 also requested extra duvet on each bed non were provided. Towels very small in pool area definitely need updating. Waterslide was SO fun and fast kids loved it. NO elevator for 2nd floor guests very inconvenient.. will not stay again at this location.

Recently took our grandkids here for the night so they could enjoy the pool and a local climbing gym. The staff were very accommodating with both an early check-in and a late check-out so the kids could maximize their time there. The hotel was quiet and clean, and the parking lot wasn't icy considering the weather we had been having.
