Ramada by Wyndham Miramichi New Brunswick

Building seems very old and needs an update. Rooms are very small.

We enjoyed friendly, competent service, cozy, clean rooms and delicious breakfasts! All these things made for a most enjoyable stay at the Ramada,

Check in was a horrible experience due to a woman named Melissa who is apparently the manager. She gave me someone else's reservation and when I pointed it out to her, she started getting very nasty. Accusing me of showing up 20 minutes early before checkin time and demanding a room that faced the parking lot. I knew we were early and that was fine as we had sleds to unload. I asked for a room on the side that faced the parking lot and was told it would be 4:00. I questioned this as check in is 3:00. She then asked me why I was getting so upset with her. She then started yelling at me so everyone in the lobby could here her and said don't speak to me that way. She made me fill everything out again when I already checked in online the night before. For being a manager, she certainly doesn't know what she's doingnor how to dral with the public. It was almost like she was saying things to me on purpose to make me mad. I asked to speak to Nick and she said he's away, I'm the manager here! We have always stayed here for snowmobile season, but I will never be back as long as that rude woman is on staff and I'll never recommend this place ever again. I hope Nick the owner sees this review and does something about that horrible woman. She's a real piece of work and should not be dealing with the public!

It was clean, and cozy. I was pleasantly surprised that the window in the room opened big, helpful when I was a bit warm.

Everything was better than expected. We were upgraded to a king suite at no extra cost.

Fun stay - beautiful part of province

Room smelled like chemicals. The air conditioner and vent to bedroom was very dusty and the window would not open. Not impressed with their “suite” at all

The property have had a slight touch up: new paint job, carpet, bathroom renovation, etc... TV and air conditioning is quite dated. Free breakfast had good selection, service was great, great staff. No amenities inside the building: sleep and go.

It’s a little tired

It was nice to see the renovations done to the hotel since I was last home to visit. The breakfast was good, and the service was nice and friendly. The room we had was clean, but the windows were not sealed the greatest. There were beetles getting in through the weather strip. There was a fridge in the room however it was placed in the bedroom when there was plenty of space to have it in the living area. The fridge was very loud, so I had to move it out of the bedroom myself. The bed was a king size but at first, I honestly couldn't tell if it was a mattress or a box spring it was so hard. Lastly there were lots of people hanging outside in the parking lot that were staying at the hotel, and they were quite loud. It would have been nice if the hotel staff paid attention to this to ensure other people were not disturbed in their rooms.
