Ramada by Wyndham Pinewood Park Resort North Bay

Treated horribly by staff, a situation occured where the staff called me a liar. Will not stay again

There where bed bugs all over the bed along with nest and mold. The hotel did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation, so immediately checked out and went to another hotel. I provided videos and photos to their customer service and it was met with zero accountability.

Motel looks like at one time it would have been really nice, however it hasnt aged well. I typically will not write negative reviews however for the price I feel the need to say something. Our room was pretty run down with lots of things really worn or broken. The room was questionably clean, as were the linens and towels. The beds were the most uncomfortable that I have ever attempted to sleep in at a motel. The continental breakfast is okay, however the breakfest room was not heated and was freezing. Staff were nice enough and I believe they are doing their best for what they are working with. Will not stay here again.

I liked most that it was a quiet area, & walkable for food, Tim horton's & the casino

Dated room. The pool and hot tub were both closed for maintenance.

I ended up having a small fridge in the room for a week. 's day, small bathroom internet wasn't working. The whole week I was there.

Piscine et zacuzi fermée depuis la fin de l'été mais indiqué nul part lors de la réservation... ne parle pas français (mon ignorer en fait jai du insister pour elle me dise bonjours) Sale et délabré pour un ramada... trou mur couloir, plafond trace humidité , jupe de lit déchiré, tv image médiocre ( pas hd) et peu de poste offert, aquarium entrée très sale ... nourriture pas nettoyer sur mur de chambre.... gros rap comme musique dambiance dans les couloirs.... fenêtre sale et beaucoup de mouche dans la chambre (du en tuer au moins 5)

Overnight stay. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Housekeeping was responsive and did the best she could. Not bad value for the price. Property seems very run down. They also told us we could only have one key.

Room was alright , beds were clean and made , however the floors were definitely not done and there are nails sticking out of the carpet outside of the washroom which is a very big concern when booking a room with small children !

This place needs some money put into it. Besides being run down and tired looking, half the bulbs were burnt out, the wifi wasn’t working, the fireplace glass doors were falling off and the poker was held together with duct tape, and the restaurant was closed. The pictures show what used to be, not what you get.

On Expedia it says this entire property is pet friendly, it is not. When we arrived at the property to check in we were told they didn't have any pet friendly rooms and that they needed to be informed if we were travelling with a pet, nowhere on their Expedia listing does it say this and when I showed the clerk the listing he got argumentative about it. The clerk said he'd see what he can do and ran to check on a room and got us checked in. The room was disgusting to say the least, first thing we noticed was that the lock core (where you insert a physical key to unlock the door) was missing leaving the door without a functioning deadbolt. Once we entered the room it only got worse, there was hair around the sink and in the bathtub, grime in the bathtub, stains on the walls, stains on the sheets and pillow cases, part of the dresser had been kicked in, grease marks on the windows/sliding door, garbage on the patio. After a 24 hour travel day and arriving near midnight there was nowhere else we could stay, I will never stay here again.

The properly has great potential as it is across the street from the casino .we found it to be run down and in desperatel need of an update ...pool ans spa r closed and restaurant and bar r closed...36 dollar cab ride to the downtown core which could be avoided if they had food and drink onsite golf course on property was good at one time ..i did not play the course but heard from cab driver thats it needs some tlc..but once again this place could be great with a few million in upgrades...but it was cheap 113 bucks for a friday night. Great price ..

Convenient for travel stay over. Would never stay here again, aged, dumpy, bathroom in horrid condition, carpets likely original, sorry I prepaid. Had stayed here many years ago before a Ramada property and was pretty much a middle of the road hotel, now is the worst I have ever stayed in.

Door wouldn’t close properly. Black mould on shower curtain. I’ve machine not working
