The pillow case where stained

Friendly at check-in. Entrance is rough and needs maintenance and a refresh. Rooms are dated. Bathroom tiles were cracked and chips of tile were in the corner by the tub, likely for a long time. Leads one to wonder if the floors were cleaned. Plumbing was loud and the toilet ran steadily. Beds were fairly hard but clean. Continental breakfast has limited choices and there is no restaurant. Rates are a little high for the quality.

The hotel upgraded me to a suite but hotel is old and run down and not the cleanest

Very outdated. Dead flies everywhere. Smells musty.

This Hotel is NOTHING like the photo shown on Ramada site... The hotel and property are in dire NEED of an Update.

The place is in terrible condition need painting and a good cleaning. We were there for 3 days never made beds and we had to ask for coffee and towels. The swimming pool was in terrible condition none operational and dirty. Not a very happy customer:(

I booked this hotel specifically for the amenities (hot tub, restaurant, sauna) and none of them were working. Our room had cobwebs and the phone didn’t work in our room to call front desk. I will not be returning to this hotel

The online photos of this property are entirely misleading... the building is run down and falling apart, the pool was a half filled green science experiment, and the rooms had peeling wall paper, shattered photo frames, and the halls have a horrible musty smell. We were told there would be a $50 surcharge to check in early (despite the hotel being empty), and were not even able to get more than 1 room key. Do not stay here!!

There was pubic hairs in washroom sheets on one bed were stained the lady at the front desk was amazing very polite very accommodating the one bed was broken stained sheets and towels the pillows were all bumpy and springs in the mattresses we poking us all night and i had surgery the next day at the hospital and i didnt get a discount

I will be posting a video of the rooms you expected me to stay in. This place was the most disgusting hitel room ive EVER stayed in. Whoever manages/owns this location should never be permitted around any establishment where cleanliness is paramount. Be better.

Not good won’t recommend

Beds and pillows are very old, hard mattresses. It was clean but dull lighting, showers were good.

This hotel is a hidden gem that simply needs to be polished. I was honestly impress with all the potential it has and so much value that can be untapped. While I understand that the city may not attract multitudes of tourists if a good campaign is done it can shine again. The hotel has some amazing facilities built in like an outdoor pool, sauna, a display of an spectacular 50 years old hand made train made by locals that kids can turn on (which oddly enough the last publication showed it is 40years old, just because it was printed 10 years ago). The breakfast was just good enough as some fruits and protein options would simply make it great. in our room the washrooms could be cleaned better as well.

Was great property once but now very neglected and outdated. Mattress needs replacement and headboards re attached to the wall.

The pool, hottub and restaurant were all closed. No notice about that at timenof vooking. The A/C was extremely loud in the room. The hallway has an unmarked incline that is a tripping hazard. I know that for a fact as I fell and badly injured my knee. O would not recommend this property.

Room smelled badly, door half broken, dirt in corners, no hot water, weird crappy tv signal, carpet was gross. Surprised they even rent that room.

We came and left within 20 minutes of arriving. The halls smelled like dollar store carpet cleaner. The restaurant and pool are both closed. The beds hard hard and the washroom was filthy.

When we got to the hotel the front stairs were all crumbling, English was not their strong suit, we were told the pool and whirlpool were closed after it presented that it was open. We got into the room, the bathroom smell like sewage, there was splatter of paint on the floor, whomever finished the bathroom walls and seems need to change their profession. The beds were hard as rock, and the tv was snowy all the channels. Also the side of the curtains were off the rod. Very dodgy place. Don't believe the pictures on their advertisements.
