I rented a hotel SOLELY FOR A POOL. I paid $175 to take my kids swimming and a little vaca after ice fishing in this area. I live in Edmonton, an hr away I would have not stayed in a crappy little town with little options for this price. No where in the original booking was anything mentioned about the pool down. I get notifications afterwards, along with a dozen spam msgs between Expedia and Ramada why would I bother looking at theses? It was not until I was at hotel I’m informed with take out ordered on its way ( ordered before check out yo streamline my evening). I feel like the wool was pulled over my eyes, this is not due diligence on either Ramada or Expedia, this is deceptive fraud! Both parties knew of this problem for over a month according to the front desk. Again I did not rent for a bed but for a pool with a slide. Hotel said I’m getting reimbursed? I’m not paying, either hotel, Expedia or my visa will be reimbursing me. I’m extremely unhappy!!

New clean property down side pool was not open

Very nice and clean rooms. Bed and covers were clean and comfortable. Grocery store is a 2 min walk. Tim’s and BP is 30 sec walk. Will definitely stay here again.

the swimming pool and hot tub were not working I was very disappointed. I reserved this hotel because of the pool and hot tube. my daughter brought 3 friends to spend the night with us. I would of like a credit for FUTURE STAY because of this inconvience

Looking forward to our stay, especially using the pool & hot tub, only to find out it was out of service until the end of December, booked via hotels.com, app didn’t mention this & bought it up to front desk staff, she had mentioned pool & hot tub was advertised as being out of service on main ramada webpage, it was not! otherwise I would have booked a different hotel but the hotel was already prepaid, the hotel rate was overpriced especially for a small town. Not impressed the room itself was fine, clean and quiet, breakfast was ok.

Only statues here bc of the hot tub but no where mention hot tub/pool was under maintenance until we arrived. Very disappointed.

Front desk staff are great at what they do, but this place has no good housekeeping staff. I stayed here on this trip for 6 nights, after the first night the room was not made up. I returned from work to a room that the bed was not made, garbage not removed and no new towels. I notified the front desk and they know they it has happened before. Night stands not wiped down, the list goes on. I’m not that picky but for the price I pay for a room, it should be better
