Great stay! Very comfy beds and pillows. Only complaint is the pool was incredibly loud. Lots of kids screaming. No fault of the hotel though.

Great staff and room very clean and comfortable! Bed very good ! Breakfast at casino is a great deal ($9.95 including coffee or tea ). Will definitely go back !

A great room , love the club room

I was in tkhe main restaurant and lounge on Saturday night at 5 30 and waited over 2 hours for chicken fingers and fries or my 9 year-old !!!! So the next night on Sunday, with the premises almost empty of customers at 5:00 pm , and I having sat down and watching the Olympic hockey game on TV , the manager it seems came to me 3 times in 10 minutes, asking if I was ordering , and when I said I was thinking about it , but not just yet , this person told me I had to leave the Restaurant and Lounge!!!! so...... what do I think.. very poor customer service.

Older place and rooms are definitely dated, but it was a great stay, clean amenities and nice shops inside the consider to the casino. Great restaurant in site with amazing brunch. Casino was great and good win rates.

There were sports team kids running around and very loudly visiting up and down our hall until 4:00am and we paid a lot of money to be kept awake all night. Noone said anything, not parents, nor staff....it was rough.

Fluffy pillows, perfectly soft bed, room layout, check in male staff so courteous, room service excellent but overcooked fish & 🐟 not chips

Rooms were clean and house keeped daily. Staff was friendly. Checking in out was easy and were clear on communicating fees and damage deposit prices

Room was amazing!. Coffee maker was not working but I was getting some somewhere else anyways. It’s always the staff for me.! Mohamed at front desk was amazing.!! Will be back soon

We booked this hotel with high expectations because of the great ratings, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. The room was old, dated, and not very clean. We even found blood stains on the towels, which was extremely disappointing. The space itself was tiny—the photos online make it look much bigger. We’re a small family and still found it cramped; I’m not sure how average-sized people are supposed to fit comfortably. The AC/heater fan was loud, and when I opened the coat closet, a cloud of dust came out so heavy that both my son and I started coughing. There were also way too many items stuffed into the room for its size, making it feel even more cluttered. On a positive note, the staff were very nice and friendly, but overall the hotel is overdue for a major update. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay here again.

The club level room was very clean, and the club room was definitely a nice perk. We enjoyed breakfast in there and an evening drink. We also had dinner at Hiy Steaks within the resort and it was delicious. My only negative would be the room we were assigned was close to the elevator and we could hear it running throughout the night
