Bonne réception, hôtel propre et confortable, très bien situé

We have been coming to this place for years. Convenient location with a large grocery store and a few minutes to walk to downtown. The rooms are spacious and the heated pool and hot tub and sauna are wonderful for after ski!

Tout est parfait pour un bon séjour

La chambre/suite était vraiment spacieuse pour y relaxer à 2 devant le foyer. L'eau chaude pour douche/bain du soir était difficilement ateignable même passer 11pm (du à tous les autres bains en meme temps). Le spa et sauna sont plaisant (par contre le sauna n'atteignaiy pas un maximum de chaleur du au va-et-vient de plusieurs clients en meme temps et probablement le manque d'insigne concernant à quel fréquence mettre l'eau sur les pierres chaudes sans les "éteindre sous trop d'eau en meme temps", donc un peu décevant) nous y avons retourner le lendemain matin seules et le sauna fonctionnait adéquatement. Somme toute un bel endroit pour y relaxer, et les traitements massotherapies sont très bien.

Le personnel très aimable et serviable, chambre très propre. Par contre, les unités ont besoin d'être repeinturé et mobilier (surtout le divan) ont besoin d'être renouvelé. Vieux décor. Frigidaire très petit pour convenir à une kitchenette. Jaccuzi/piscine bien entretenu.

Spent 1 night here after a day of skiing at Sommet Saint Sauveur. For the price, it's fabulous. Could the room use a little TLC? Sure. But it was clean, staff were very friendly, the location is great, and the outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were wonderful after a day of skiing. I would absolutely stay here again!

Les employés à l accueil sont d 'une gentillesse. Les instalations exterieures tel que le spa, piscine et sauna sont formidables pour un après ski. Tout était parfait.

The room was not as clean as we should expect when you reserve a hotel. The appliance are old and kind of disgusting. The curtains have some kind of food attached to it. I was not impressed sorry

Nous avons remarqué quelques changements au niveau des corridors, nouveaux tapis et peinture, je crois. Les installations, piscines, spa, bain tourbillon et foyer dans la suite toujours un plaisir! Les chambres toujours aussi propres.

Sauna recently redone which was nice. Rooms are very tired - couches have seen better days. Window with a view of front reception had no curtains and you could see right into the room. Parking lot in the rear was a dangerous ice rink - no salt or sand. We stayed here 5 years ago and rooms and furnishings not upgraded, so the property needs some work. Staff were friendly and nice. Good location and proximity to shops and restaurants.
