The place was clean and the free weekend parking was a nice bonus. Overall, we had a good stay. The soundproofing could be a bit better, as we could hear some noise from outside, but it wasn’t a major issue for us.

It was a quiet stay. Parking was fairly near. There is a fridge, but nothing to cook with unless you went to the student lounge where there was a microwave. A shower in the room was handy, but not a lot of hot water. Air conditioning was a great bonus for those hot summer days and nights. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Primo. L'endroit est calme et l'accommodation est propre. La chambre est basique, même spartiate (un frigo mais pas de four micro-ondes, excellent WiFi mais pas de télé). Les distributrices situées près du hall d'entrée ne fonctionnent pas malgré de nombreux essais d'en tirer quelque produit). Grand espace de stationnement. Pour moi qui était de passage à Kingston pour visiter ses nombreux sites touristiques, c'était parfait... ou presque (voir plus haut).

I’ve stayed here before. I felt safe as a solo traveller. The young man at the check-in was super helpful - and suggested I paid the parking right away- as it was a weekday so I wouldn’t have to wake up early to pay. He gave me a first floor room as the rooms upstairs had not had housekeeping done. It was quiet outside. The room had some odd clicking noises as I walked around. The coil mattress was thin, noisy and just barely comfortable. The blanket smelled of sweat. Needless to say I didn’t use it so I was cold all night. I was too tired to go to reception to complain tbh. I had driven 6 hours. Unfortunately next day I was so tired I opted to skip my visit of Kingston and Wolfe Island and drove home to Montreal instead. I know you get what you pay for, but last year my first stay was much better and cleaner. Something is wrong.

Everything was fine, but the beds were not overly comfortable, and the pillows were terrible.
My partner and I stayed here together and unfortunately had to sleep in two separate beds on opposite ends of the room as there was no space to have two singles beside each other. Not ideal, but not the end of the world either.
I did find the shower a little tight too, and I'm a small person. I can't imagine how uncomfortable it would be to shower in there if you were any bigger than 5'5" and 150lbs.
Otherwise, the room and bathroom were clean, linens were clean, nothing wrong with the room at all. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.
Overall, considering the price we paid for a long weekend, totally acceptable accommodations especially if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower.

The stuff were very welcoming, helpful and supportive I had to check in bit early they were very polite, I recommend this place, if you’re travelling by yourself or with someone, I had no issues with my stay.

Supposed to be a complete smoke free area but had to walk through smoking people to get to the doors and couldn’t open windows without smoke filling the room. Should bring your own pillows as supplied ones and so thin we had to roll up blankets to make comfortable. Building is very clean and quiet and staff super friendly
