nice and clean but the a/c is constantly on so it's like staying in a refrigerator and no you can't set the temperature yourself.

For what it was and the price we paid, I suppose it was okay. I have stayed in other dorm residences in other cities and I did not find it as clean or pleasant. The shower and surfaces were very clean, carpet was very stained, bed covers very worn, vinyl on chair seats cracking. Bed was very comfy though. Had a bit of a stale odor but it was very hot and humid outside and the A/c was running full. That said, it was chilly and no extra blankets, only sheet and very thin bed cover, no blanket.

The check in was a disaster not accommodating at all

We went for a long weekend with my child’s softball team. Like that there is free parking, a full size fridge and microwave to cook meals and ability to eat in the room if you want to. Housekeeping is friendly and responsive. Two separate bedrooms are comfortable and a bonus. The outside main floor patio is great for group BBQ’s and gatherings at night. I saw conference rooms being used for team gatherings as well. Staff are friendly. Shower was nice. I found it challenging to get the room to a comfortable temperature and it was a little cold. Also, I would suggest bringing shampoo and conditioner for anyone having long hair, to help with detangling. Key cards were needed to be reset daily.

The room offers lots of space and it’s such a joy to have a full fridge and kitchen table to sit at separate from the bedroom space. It would be nice if there were more TV channel options.

Great value but don’t expect a full hotel treatment. Doesn’t have shampoo or body soap supplied, beds are not particularly amazing, etc, but it is priced accordingly. Would absolutely stay again.

It was a well worn college dorm, not like pictures in advertisements. Lobby noise swearing students or guests. Beer drinkers in parking lot. Room was dirty, needed a wall patching and a fresh coat of paint. Over priced for condition. Not family friendly. Cannot recommend, sorry.

I like the convenience, the location, but there are need for facility upgrade.

Spencer is great

Was very convenient and ch better than a hotel. Just remember although there is a fridge and microwave there isn't any plates, cups , cutlery etc.
