Don't go, they steal your money! Although the hotel itself was pretty clean and the facilities were over average, the way the hotel handled the money was unacceptable. To begin, they never notified me that there is a parking fee($10 per night), and took it out from our incidentals at 1 AM. It may be my fault since I never saw free parking in the website, but they should've notifies us. I paid $20 as incidentals, and the hotel only returned 13 dollars. When I inquired them, they initially replied it is for parking fees, which we already paid, and then said that it is because they give some part of the money back first, and then return the other half later. However, we still did not receive the other half. To conclude, this hotel makes you pay extra, so find a different hotel.

If you are staying with other adults that do not share a bed, then the pull out couch is not a good option. There is a bar, across the middle of the bed that will prevent you from getting a good sleep. We asked if there was a cot to rent, and they do NOT have that option. I had a terrible sleep. The option i chose was a king suite with pull out couch. I wont be making that mistake again. Also the ice make, in the fridge, does not work. I had to use the i tray and go to the main floor to get ice. We paid over 700 dollars for 2 nights. In my opinion the stay was not worth the price.

It is very clean room and delicious breakfast

The location of the hotel is right beside the Pasqua hospital. They have a better rate if you have someone in the hospital and are really good with accommodating your time based on doctors decisions. We didn’t really use the amenities but the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The staff was amazing, so helpful and accommodating. The room was large and had everything I needed and more.

Large well kept rooms, ample lighted parking. Nice pool. Honestly one of the nicest hotels in Regina

The shower is hard to used, there’s a problem maybe on the shower knob and it kept turning to hot or cold. We really didn’t enjoy the shower but the rest are very good and cleaned.

Room good. Breakfast good. The pool, which was the reason we chose this hotel, ended up the hot tub closed off and on. The waterslide closed. The pool had lots of hair in it and broken plastic glasses. I was also charged for parking that I was unaware of.

Clean, quiet and kid friendly!
