Food and service at Bistro was excellent, the furniture and decor of room was very dated and old ( please buy new couch ) it was old and dirty Some check in issues but they were resolved,

Better than expected

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving here this year. The scenery of the hotel is charming and there are many recreational facilities. I have marked the hotel for future visits.

Amazing place

I had to switch our room because of terrible odour in the bed room. Also, there was a group of people who were drunk and very loud in the restroom and the staff changed seats outside. I booked through the expedia so I had to pay daily amenities fee separately and it had been 5days since I checked out but they have not returned my 200 dollars security deposit yet.

Rocky was clean and location was great. We were golfing both mornings. The beds were comfortable and clean. Very dated. Garden and grounds were just ok. Clubhouse did not serve breakfast. Had the Buffett breakfast the first morning. It was $22 and very basic but good.

Lakeview lovely. Esteban attentive at golf course restaurant. Limited outlets to charge devices. Decor of room basic and, Window covers ĺsome slats misaligned and porch lights from other units lit up room nɓs2 SaaS I have blnlll in a Herb

Staff were very helpful. Rooms were quite run down (tears in upholstery, blinds not working, cupboard doors falling off, windows fogged between panes, etc). Water leaked through ceiling but staff were prompt to try and address the issue.

Very beautiful place, good rooms. We have wonderful weekend.

We have been going for years. Love this place and the activities it offers.

The food at the property is ok, nothing crazy but the one on the golf course is much better. The water activities are super, and the lake water are nice and comfortable and cleaner than the pool. Watch out for the pool lining is a bit like 30 grit sand paper and scraping against it is not fun. So skip the pool and hit the lake water which are clean and amazing. The hot tub is great and the fire pit activities are such a nice touch. The crew and staff are awesome and really njce people to talk to.

Beautiful setting, great staff everywhere. Food was mediocre. Mattresses were old, too soft, and sagged in the middle, so didn't sleep well. Would return.

Kids love the activities at the lake. Love the Rocky Crest clothing. Very clean and comfortable, access to bbq's, room amenities. Room costs have increased over the years.

We go every year on holiday with our family and in-laws. The food was always excellent however most of the servers were not very good. We were told that they were too busy to bring out spreads for the bread a couple times even though the dining room had only a couple tables full of 2-3 people at each one. Orders would come out wrong which I would say was because of not listening. The resort is geared more to family with children(which I have 2 kids aged 2 and 3) some servers would bring colouring books and plastic cups with lids and others would give the kids glass cups like they are adults. This happened to us multiple times where depending on the server you had you would get a completely different experience. The property itself is quite beautiful and peaceful. They have done some nice repairs to the various decks around the property but the day to day upkeep of the property was lacking. The pool and hotub are very well maintained and kept up, but that seems to be about it. Everyday when the pool is cleaned the backwash gets poured onto the beach and destroys it. All the sand gets washed away and into the lake. Which is quite sad because it is a great spot for young kids to play in. Everyday we would fix it up ourselves so that there was sand to make castles etc to make. We love coming here and hope that these critiques help to make the resort better.
