The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The air conditioning kept the room cool. The parking was conveniently located. The staff were friendly and professional.

My only issue had a room with an ajoining door and the other people on the other side were loud enough that noise went though the door easily to after midnight.

Bit old

This hotel pleasantly surprised us with all of the amenities it had to offer. The king sized bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless. It included everything we needed. Loved the pool and it's setting. We quite enjoyed the sauna too! Not many hotels include one. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location is close to many choices of restaurants and to the downtown of Stratford if we wanted to go. Would definitely visit again in the future.

Room was clean. I greatful no “air freshener” like fabreez were used, HVAC system worked well and allowed good control over room climate. Hotel is older but has many updates. I enjoyed the warm lighting (2700-3000k) used in rooms, though I am not a fan of the 6000k lighting used on exterior. Sheets appeared not as clean as they could be. Towels where a bit thread bear. Misalignment of shower door caused it to stay open during showers. Fan sounded loud and failed to clear air in bathroom. Staff were helpful and freindly, but lacked training and perhaps a little too casual. Pool has a sauna which is great, but change rooms on pool deck were closed which would force patons to cool down in pool rather then having a cool shower after sessions in the sauna. Restaurant was closed, but there are lots of good breakfast option in vacinity of hotel. U-haul vans parked in front of lobby entrance not a good look, sends wrong message to public. There are options to park vans that still promote that sevice while not making the hotel look like a moving warehouse. All in all good place to stay, but a little effort still needed to bring it up to where it could be.

Clean and very large room, regular cleaning, good pool, close to shopping mall

Room cleaning is daily, the room is bigger than most of the other hotels offer, parking is plentiful and the daily rates are good. Veey friendly reception staff as well. On top of that, it has a swimming pool in excellent condition. It is also situated across the local mall and .ist of shopping needs.

Most disappointingly- this hotel does not accurately represent its amenities in the description. The listing includes a hot tub and there is none. The staff at front desk wasn’t very friendly or helpful. We booked as a group of 4 rooms and were placed at all four corners of the hotel. The beds were clean and comfortable but the rooms and property are very tired. Not a terrible stay but not very nice either.

Room neglect for sure! Old everything and no heat on , large room and took hours to warm it up enough.

Not bad, floor is a bit dirty, washroom has some crack on the tub, could be more cleaner. I guess there was a hockey tournament, there were groups of people adults and kids playing outside and talking outside our rooms, very annoying and very loud. Their kids were very rowdy, their parents did not do anything about it. My children find it very annoying.
