작고 아담하지만 아주 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어있었고 무엇보다도 스태프들이 아주 친절하였습니다.

Beautiful building and foyer! Room was clean. Room was sad, no paintings. Bed flipped up on the other side when you laid down. Good for an over night stay, but not very comfortable

Staff is really nice . Room is ok for price.

The room was freezing, pigeons at the door all night/morning with their poo everywhere. No hot water.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. And the tv really sucks. But it was nice other than . It’s was really clean . Staff was super nice. No real complaints.

Very nice, old Victorian vibe (opened in 1908). Room was small, but very comfortable. Bathroom also very small, but totally renovated. Right in the downtown area, lots of opportunities for wandering and eating.

There is no elevator in the building! The room was very cold and the heating system was not working. Moreover, the shower and sink took forever for hot water to reach the outlet.

Unfortunately I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a staff member to check me out of the hotel in the morning.

The room was clean and was in good condition. The room that we were given had the bed up against a wall...not my favorite thing. Unfortunately the restaurant that was previously there had closed down but there was another very close. Otherwise, I would recommend.

I love that staff is reassuring that thebparking spots are free parking at the hotel spite the sign says otherwise, the city hasnt fixed that issue

A delightful and classic hotel and very helpful staff! This is an older hotel, established in 1908 if I recall correctly, but unlike some older properties it manages to combine the charm and history with modern conveniences. The wiring all seems modern and there was no problem finding places to charge devices etc. and the room was well laid out with a small table/desk and a wardrobe that could also be used as a table... everything solid and antique in feel. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating when we were delayed getting there (and missing the deadline for registration), and I was impressed by the simple efficiency they operated with. I would certainly stay here again, and hope to do so!

I turned up the heat in my room when I first checked in. When I came back 6 hours later it was still cold. Too cold to crawl under the covers. When I complained she said that there was heat. Just not in my room. I asked for a refund as I was not going to stay in a cold room and was told that I would receive it. But phone calls and emails have not been returned due to the refund not being received.

Heritage hotel. Downtown Chilliwack, in the heart of 1881 district. Love it here. Functional hotel only, no perks like fridge, microwave. (NB: Bring tea, only have coffee in room). Easy to park, safe and seeping with character. Good value.

Room Facility and furniture is not good, and the front desk service is not good!

Room was very small and it does not look clean.bed was not comfortable.

The staff were quick to respond whenever I needed anything. The various pieces of furniture and "period pieces" in the lobby made it very interesting. I was disappointed to find out they no longer had a restaurant and suggest they take that info down on their website. One of the places I was interested in seeing was the 1881 area and it was so close. Also lots of stores, banks and restaurants in the area.
