I would not suggest to choose this hotel. When i booked the picture of our room was different but in actual the room was totally different. It is my worst stay till today. There is no carpet in room and not even slippers not a single mat. It is the worst room than hospital’s room. Breakfast was okay but in term of room i am really regretting choosing this stay. I had most uncomfortable sleep and there is no ac in room. It is not worth it of its cost. It totally ruined my vacation.

The Bad: Concrete floors. No carpet. Terrible mattress. No Air conditioning. Free parking but on the other side of the campus. Little strange how many times I was told NOT to talk to the students in the building… The Good: Staff was great. Room was quiet. Breakfast was standard continental but in a nice little cafe. All and all. I would spend the extra $20 or so and stay at a hotel.

Staff was very helpful and patient. Where's the protein for the breakfast 😅 would be nice if they can serve some bacon or sausages on some days. The showers were 50/50; weak water flow and sometimes little warm water was coming through. No Ac BTW. Fortunately it wasn't too hot during the evenings of my stay. I rate my experience decent. Budget friendly and commute is very accessible.

You get what you pay for, these are spare dorm rooms rented out during the quiet summer. Even still, they're pretty barren. Definitely very no frills. The shower didn't have any hot water and barely worked.

Be mindful that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Free parking is not directly next to the residences, but is a 10 minute walk to a parkade. There is no exterior signage to plainly indicate “hey, this is indeed where you should be”. The drop-off loop in front of the front entrance has many signs indicating parking is not allowed, all other parking by the building is paid only. You’re supposed to ignore the ‘no parking’ signs while you go check in, apparently. That’s assuming you realized the front lobby is indeed in that building, because, again… no exterior signage or wayfinding aids. Besides all that, everything was great. Helpful staff, clean facility, quiet-ish area. Would stay again.

Sehr karges Zimmer, nackter Betonboden und -wände, ein Bett, ein Tisch, ein Stuhl, eine Kommode! Küche komplett ohne Geschirr! Eine Kühl- u. Gefrierkombi und eine Microwelle war vorhanden, aber ohne Geschirr oder Besteck nutzlos! Das Bett war bequem, aber der Einstieg sehr hoch (mind. Tischhöhe) kleine Menschen benötigen einen Fußtritt🤔, ich mit 175 cm musste mich schon etwas recken, um mich aufs Bett zu setzen. Dusche braucht sehr lange, bis warmes Wasser kommt (erst 5 Minuten laufen lassen). Keine Nachttischlampe. Frühstück sehr einfach, keine Wurst, kein Käse! Nur Butter, Philadelphia, Marmelade, Rührei, Muffins, Toast und Bagel, Haferschleim, 3 Sorten Cerialien. Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und so ein Wasser mit Geschmackskonzentrat (das mit Zitrone war lecker, aber das neongelbe fanden wir furchtbar). Am Wochenende gab es noch Pancakes. Ich fühlte mich in die Zeit des Landschulheims zurück versetzt, 😂! Nach dem ersten Schock (im Frauenknast könnte es sogar gemütlicher sein), fanden wir es nach ein paar Tagen nicht mehr schlimm! Es war sauber aber sehr einfach und verhungert sind wir auch nicht! Wir nahmen es mit Humor, wir sind ja nicht zum wohnen hier, sondern um das schöne Calgary und die wunderschöne Landschaft darum zu erkunden. Zum schlafen hat es definitiv gereicht!

Great location if you want to be reasonably close to downtown Calgary to see and experience what the city has to offer. Right on a C-Train line, as well. On the other hand, there is no air-conditioning. We were comfortable for a few nights and then found the heat unbearable. Also, the double-size beds are definitely too small for my wife and I. No dishes in the kitchen if you hope to do some cooking. Hot water seems to take forever to reach your room and, even then, it is probably lukewarm at best. Cafeteria where they serve breakfast is really nice but you also have to take into account they do not serve any bacon, sausages or any thing like that. They had some stuff that looked like scrambled eggs - I could never figure out if they were real eggs or not, but I don't think they were. Nice indoor parking lot but it is a really long distance from the building where you are staying. Overall, it is a really nice campus as you will notice if you have a chance to look around a bit. Staff were all very nice and helpful. They did not make any games rooms etc available for us to use, which they sometimes do on other campuses that rent out rooms in the summertime.

The room you showed at the website doesn't match with they bring it to you No AC at the room, they ask to pay $70 more for upgrade to another room with AC

Found hair and food crumbs on floor. Show head didn't work very good. No sink plug and Bed is very high and hard to get in. No air conditioning so room was very hot. We will never recommend or stay here again.

This is basic college accommodation but it is clean and comfortable, close to train station, breakfast included, food outlets close by.

We stayed here during the Calgary Stampede. If you're looking for a very easy, minimal stay, this is the place! Never got a chance to try the breakfast. No AC can be a turnaway for some folks, but having the windows open at night was perfectly fine and never got too hot indoors. Hot water does take a bit to travel up, but works great! Parking was easy to walk too. The C train was very close by. Lots of coffee shops around. Beds are interestingly high up, not too cozy but not bad for the price you're paying. Would definitely come back if as it's very budget friendly.

Was a little hesitant staying on a college campus but was an amazing stay! Clean rooms, kitchen and bathroom. They gave us two fans because we run hot and need one to sleep, helped with anything we needed and was a quiet stay. Would recommend to others, breakfast was quite nice too and staff were friendly.

Unfortunately no air conditioning in the room. Fans had to be requested from the front desk which was not made well known. Hot temperatures made it hard to sleep

Die Unterkunft war der Beschreibung entsprechend. Die Küchenzeile war zwar vorhanden, aber jegliche Ausstattung fehlte. (War vorher bekannt) Das Bett sah sehr spartanisch aus, war aber bequem. Das Einzige was ich wirklich vermisst habe,

I had a great stay at SAIT, the staff were helpful and the residence building is a short walk to the parkade or the train! Very reasonable accommodations.
