Sandman Hotel Vancouver Airport

호텔은 가격에 비해 깔끔했으나 시내와 좀 거리가 있고, 전철역과 멀어서 시내로의 접근이 불편했다.

I was given a hotel voucher from WestJet. The hotel manager refused to honour it via a text message to the customer service rep at the counter. I was told to have a seat while I waited for the response. When she did get the response from her manager rather than calling me forward to have a discussion shetold me across the room in front of a crowd of people that they were not going to honour the voucher and pointed me out the door to hop back on the shuttle to the airport to speak with WestJet. I didn't exit the building and I was pointed at the exit again in front of everyone so I went outside in the snow and booked a room on Expedia walked right back in and checked in. I paid for the experience of being humiliated in front of a crowd by an extremely rude representative. I was shocked at the service I received. I have never been treated so poorly at a hotel and I am an Expedia gold member. I travel a lot. Hands-down the worst experience ever. The room is also the size of a college dorm. The only thing this hotel has going for it is proximity to the airport.

Absolutely great stay prior to a flight the next day! I’ve worked in customer service in the past & understand it’s not alway easy & would like management to know that Bharat at the front desk is an ASSET & should be recognized for creating a great stay for myself. I usually stay at the Travel Lodge next door & from now on will only use the Sandman! That’s because of Bharat! Beautiful property & it is kept immaculate. Highly recommend the loft suites. Moxies is located in the same building & they offer room service! If you’re reading this & questioning whether to stay at the Sandman vs the Travel Lodge just do yourselves a favour & book the Sandman. Once again, thank you Bharat!!

Quiet, good bed, kind staff, shuttle service from airport was great, easy to catch a bus in the morning.
