첫날 배정받은 방은 내가 다녀본 많은 호텔 중 최악이었다. 청소가 전혀 되어 있지 않았고, 컵은 두개나 깨져 있었으며, 온도 조절기도 버튼이 잘 눌러지지 않았다. 에어컨 팬 소음은 공사장보다 더 커서 작동을 시킬 수 없었고, 탁자에 음식 얼룩들이 있었으며, 바닥 청소도 청결하지 않았다. 무엇보다 최악이었던 것은 침대 매트리스였다. 그것은 사람이 잘 수 없는 상태였다. 매트리스 안의 용수철이 다 꺼지고 튀어나와 잠을 잘 수가 없었다. 다음날 일어나자 마자 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했고, 바꾼 방의 청결도는 이전 방보다는 나았다. 최소한 청소는 한 상태였다. 그러나 여전히 매트리스는 좋지 않았다. 여전히 허리가 아프고, 잠을 잘 잘 수 없었다. 시설 자체가 낡고 오래된 것은 참을 수 있다. 청소 상태만 나빴다면 이렇게까지 불쾌하진 않았을 것이다. 호텔은 수면을 취해야 하는 곳인데, 이런 매트리스를 가지고는 수면을 취할 수 없다. 나는 평소에 이런 문제에 예민한 성격이 아니다. 호텔의 직원들은 친절했지만, 객실 상태가 이정도라면 나는 다시는 이곳을 이용하지 않을 것이다.

The staff were very friendly and approachable. Very convenient in proximity to our event venue.

This is a tired hotel. Room smells musty - carpet perhaps ! Furniture in the room is old, and beat up, our desk was barely able to stand, wall paper starting to peel in many places throughout the hotel. Shower drain was plugged (which was fixed upon request). Parts of the wall heater on the floor. Shower curtain ripped. It’s a great location and the beds were comfortable. For the price point of this hotel I expect something that is clean, modern and in good repair. Until there is an upgrade to this hotel it will be my last stay.

Was very disappointed in the property

The room we had was quite dated but clean. The water pressure was excellent but there was a sweet spot in between being scalded and freezing. With the air conditioner on in January, we managed to get the room down to 22 degrees Celsius. Unfortunately, we were close to the laundry so it was noisy in our room. And our bed shook from the spinning. While there was supposed to be a time limit on when laundry could be done, it was still running to almost midnight and the started up again at 6 am. We had a horrible stay.

They were very helpful finding our lost item and friendly at check in and checkout.

Spent a night in Calgary with my husband and two children. Check in was nice and easy, at first out room seemed great nice and spacious but a couple hours later after got back from dinner my husband started to notice the building had leaks the baseboards all puffed out painted over over to cover up and then when about to get our kids to bed he found old dired up blood on the wall and baseboard..

I did not appreciate the cold shower. By the end I was getting a little warm but still less than it should have been. I mentioned it to the staff and all I got was “I’m sorry to hear that”. Discount on the room I would think appropriate

The front desk staff were very polite and helpful! We were greeted with a very welcoming smiling face.

Staff are always so wonderful at this hotel. The hotel itself is in a great location but could use a good renovation as much of the furniture, bathrooms and flooring is outdated. The room we stayed in had an unpleasant odour that I believe was coming from the run down carpet. Beds were comfortable.

Rooms made a large banging noise randomly. Sounded like a faulty furnace. Couldn’t sleep.

All was good except the room was very hot and the temperature control could not cool it down.

Really pleased with the amenities of the balcony suite room. Was perfect for a family stay giving parents a private space, and the kids comfort in the living room.

The Sandman property was average with the heating/cooling not working very well in my room and it was very loud. Shower tap was sub-par with either being too hot or too cold. Other than that, the beds and pillows were comfortable. Denny's restaurant attached to hotel, so that's convenient.

It was a convenient location to stay for wjen you are traveling to BC the next day.

We were going to show up early so we called to see if we could get an early check in and they were accommodating with it. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and a good size for what we needed. Will stay there again.
