I would give 5 stars if only 1 staff is friendly and welcoming when we checked in. Definitely needs more training how to great the guest nicely or maybe she's choosing who to treat nicely. The staff who checked us out was very nice and friendly.

Rooms were not that clean, lime scale in the shower floor had to wear our sandals in the shower. Bathroom looked like it was suppose to have a shelf as there were nails sticking out of the wall. Light fixtures in bathroom seemed like the didn’t have the cover on them. Room was very tight and narrow. Walls were dirty. Overall not great experience, not worth the money.

The location is lovely, convenient to walking and food. Room was nice, but little things baseboard and paint would make a difference. Old air conditioner so that was surprising. Pool was really nice!

It was good for our stop off from Golden to Vancouver, I would recommend the hotel and the staff. The area was a bit unsafe and rundown and there wasnt much to do or go to.

Clean and great hotel with good amenities!

Great location with many cafes and restaurants close by. Moxies restaurant at the hotel was delicious. Proximity to train line not so good. Quite noisy overnight.

Nice check in staff. Liked room. Very loud here though! So many kids with non caring parents who slam doors often and including at 630 am. In and out often all around me and running and yelling in hall etc. Had to try to tell them 3 times but so many teenagers. Plus I called down twice as wanted peace by 1030 pm. Just unreal. Staff should be telling dummy parents to make sure kids are respectful at hotels. And most parents should know much better. Housekeeping needs to check if just two Kleenex tissues are left!

Friendly staff that offered early check-in

Stayed for a week. 2 restaurants make dining easy. Walking distance to the park is nice.

Never in my life have I ever experienced a shower pressure that is so poor. This must be fixed at this place before I stay again.

The lobby bathrooms were in terrible need of attention, the hot tub jets didnt work and the water cleanliness looked questionable. The cloth blind in the room did not reach the window ledge and let too much light in. Overall....disappointing stay.

Clean rooms, accommodating staff, multiple restaurants and very short walking distance to downtown, pubs, parks etc. the staff made every effort to make our stay as peasant as possible.

So many good aspects, especially the service. Let down by rather inadequately equipped kitchen. Surprising really as everything else was so good. Just a few more eating utensils and crockery

Great place

Lovely property in a good location

The hotel is very clean and has good amenities, the pool was nice and the fitness center was clean and adequate. It is walkable to anywhere downtown if you don't mind hills! It has two restaurants attached with was great. The downside is the hottub was down for most of the trip, the jacuzzi tub in the room only had a few of the jets working. The other problem for some people will be the train tracks in front of the building, its not just tracks its a train yard lol. I just put on music to drown it out, but it might be to much for some light sleepers on thay side if the hotel. Also my room ac/heater might be on its last legs, it was louder than the trains and was loud enough one night I shut it off. Parking seemed better thanbthe other downtown hotels I did walk past. I would stay again.

I’ve always enjoyed staying here, I’ve never had a negative experience there. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants a nice place to stay.

The internet didn't work. The blackout curtain was a blanket that didn't work. 430 dollars with tax
